Niestety ale przez obsługę i podejście do klienta nie wrócimy na pewno.

Lokalizacja w samym centrum

Cons:

Obsługa.. Panie na infolinii kompletnie nieprofesjonalne. Podczas 3 rozmów z dwoma Paniami, po podaniu numeru rezerwacji każda podaje zupełnie inne informacje dotyczące miejsc parkingowych.. godzina stracona na kręcenie się po samym centrum ponieważ Panie nie potrafią ustalić informacji dotyczących parkingu należącego do apartamentu.

Great apartment but make sure you face the river
Pros:

The apartment was very comfortable and so close to the city centre, with everything you need, but the outlook did not match the photos on Booking.com

Cons:

Ask for a river facing unit. We were given one facing a road which was disappointing. All the promotion photos are of units that face the river and this was why we booked the particular apartment .

Excelente departamento, 100% real a las fotos y muy bien equipado. La ubicación es inmejorable y la vista es un gran valor agregado. La administración fue muy eficiente en la coordinación. Éramos 6 personas y la configuración de baños (solo uno completo) resultó insuficiente, generando demoras. Lo recomiendo ampliamente para grupos de hasta 4 personas para una experiencia óptima. Lo demás excelente 👌

Pros:

Beautiful apartment in a great location. View was fab and a lovely little balcony to relax and watch the sun set.

The apartments are just above a food hall, so it was very noisy at night.

Magislt bra lägenhet, läge och service
Pros:

Fantastiskt bra läge till allt med fin utsikt över kanalen och solläge på balkongen. Väldigt fräsch och fin lägenhet. Snabb, proffsig och hjälpsam service vid kontakt. Fanns bra digitala lösningar för kommunikationen och admin.Väldigt bra utrustad lägenhet, uppskattas atr det fanns alltifrån disk- och tvättmedel, kaffe, vatten i kylen vid ankomst etc. Fanns möjlighet att förvara baggage före hemresa vid receptionen i nära anslutning till lägenheten.

Cons:

Endast två saker vi saknade var fler nycklar alternativt att digitala kodlåset till lägenheten kan funka under hela vistelsetiden. Och persienner/mörkläggande gardiner vid fönstrena i vardagsrumnet för den som sover i bäddsoffan.
