Good location but little things need attention
Pros:

Good location and friendly staff. Spacious rooms but only windows onto corridor and not outside.
Beds comfortable, bathroom very modern, kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and kettle, huge TV and sofa ironing board and iron in room.

Cons:

Little utensils in the kitchen. Fridge not effective. Air conditioner noisy and not effective.
No desk to work at.
Gym very tired with rusty weights and equipment needing an overhaul. No water or towels. Ltd pegs for weight settings. Door to stairwell on level 1 stuck from outside with no handle to open.

they charge for room service with a tray charge
lights in toilet didnt work
they didnt have cleaners to clean broken glass by the pool
The general manager didnt take my complaint seriously
they dont know how to look after guest
they rent out rooms like a brothel with a 2hourly rate
to get replacement towels takes longer than 20 mins
