Not a pleasant one, I believe I deserve courtesy or complimentary booking for free.

Just like that my room got upgraded after the checkin mess

Cons:

I didnt like that fact that I emailed and called them the previous day to request early check in non of my emails were answered, then I called them twice and was promised early check in at 14:00 and that promise was not kept, instead I was checked in to a room that was not ready towels on the floor bed not made dishes in the sink place was a mess. When I called and told them my room.was not clean reservations said I must call reception and as for help which I did, I did not receive great telephone etiquette, was checked and upgraded to another room but was not given my room key, the lady promised to semd someone with my key, but 30 min later had to go down and take the key myself. Worst experience 😪

Horrible and it’s sad cause we had high hopes since it was our second time there

The bathroom, the shower didn’t have door, water took so long to get warm. The ironing board took ages to get to our room
