Categories

Cleanliness
1
Mixed reports: several guests praised ‘clean and tidy’ rooms and facilities, but multiple specific complaints (unclean cutlery, used/unclean loo on arrival, lack of dish cloths) indicate problems with housekeeping consistency.
Service
1
Mixed service feedback: many mentions of friendly, helpful reception/restaurant staff and specific praise for some employees, but notable failures (very slow response to issues, ignored requests, unresolved breakage deposit and lack of manager follow-up) pull the score down.
Location
1
Generally praised as ideal/exceptional and cited as a positive multiple times; a minority noted it was far from South Beach but overall sentiment favors location.
Room Quality
1
Rooms described as neat, spacious, with good layouts (separate living area, kitchenette) and appreciated by several guests; some issues reported (missing expected couch, aircon not working in one stay) but overall room quality leans positive.
Amenities
1
Mixed amenities feedback: positives include inviting pool, spa and free parking, but practical amenity failures were reported (no wifi/aircon/TV on first day, slow elevator, no dish cloth) indicating inconsistent amenity delivery.
Value for Money
1
Multiple guests explicitly stated the hotel was good value/affordable and recommended it; perceived value is generally positive.
Food and Beverage
1
Not meaningfully discussed in the reviews; no clear positive or negative consensus.
Overall Experience
1
Highly mixed overall impressions: several guests report being very happy or having an amazing experience, while others report stressful incidents (deposit non-return, slow issue resolution). Net overall sentiment balances out.

Pros:

The free upgrade to the Suite was great! :)
Initially we had booked a standard room but was thrilled that we were eligible for an upgrade!

Cons:

The apartment did not have a full length mirror so it was a little difficult to look at my full outfit after getting ready for a night out. Also, a previous guest probably damaged the iron, so it didn't iron very smoothly. There was sticky residue stuck on it. On that particular day, the hot water in the shower was problematic and did not want to heat up. But after a quick call to Reception, the maintenance crew fixed it instantly, which was impressive! Also, tea, coffee and sugar was complimentary. But I wish there were little containers of milk along with it. Other than that, all was in order and we had a comfortable stay:)
