It was good overall good value for money and the room was nice and clean
Pros:

It was clean decent and I really enjoyed my stay for the weekend

The pool was extremely cold and the hotel doesn’t provide the balls for table tennis

Pros:

Well located place with great facilities and very welcoming staff. Gym and Pool were a bonus

Cons:

There was a function with very loud music and this affected the Floor that we were allocated , staff acted swiftly relocating us to another Floor. On Sunday there was a Church in the premises , consider sound proofing if you will hold such engagements as one books for peace and quiet.

Pros:

The first room was a vault. Not a place to put people in but later we were changed to a better room. It still the same standard but better than the previous. The room we changed to was nice, value for money. I also appreciate that although there would be noise at some point but I believe they controlled because it would not take long to for it to dwindle. I like the security staff and the cleaning ladies were very friendly.

Cons:

The staff at the reception were rude. No smile and they don't even look at you when they speak to you. They lied to say they are changing us from a room without windows to a room with a window. We had to go back only then did we discover that they had decided to keep us in a vault. They only changed the room when asked for the manager.

- Property was clean and staff were always accommodating and helpful.

- Had an adjoining room, 309, and the people next door had music playing until 02:30 in the morning.
