Booked as Swing & Pillows however there's no sign board of it. Ended up as Kingston Hotel.

Cheap but if the staff are friendlier will be better

Convenience store nearby and easy access to where my destination are

Cons:

The staff are not friendly. The bidet in the toilet are not working well kinda leaking when checked in so requested to change room after showing the staff the video as the proof and the guy just replied that every room is the same without checking the issue and do not allow us to change room. We stayed 4 nights with the bidet not working well!

If you dont mind the hassle
Pros:

It is within 2 km of the setapak mall, the bazaar complex and Giant supermarket.
room is spacious
Generally clean
staff is generally helpful, but can be apathetic at times

Cons:

Location is way off.
We were sent to wrong location, because the stated "Swing and Pillows" is another hotel 1km away. This said location is another hotel (Kingston hotel 2) under the same establishment, but different hotel name apprently. Meaning, we had to take another grab to move to the actual hotel (inconvenience 1)
2, this kingston hotel is in the middle of nowhere. its smacked between shophouses and workshops, with no shops within 500m. So if u need anything, u have to order in, or cab out.
3, there is no cafe or restaurant, so breakfast means going out to get food
4, they only issue 1 card, so to go out, we cant go out separately
5. damages is apparent in the room, poor upkeep.
6. Room isnt clean, water pressure is weak
