Hotel estiloso, representa o que realmente é Roma pela sua mistura do requintado e clássico
Pros:

Estilo clássico e muito bem localizado.
O salão de eventos do hotel é uma atração em si.
Staff muito atenciosos e eficientes, ajudaram com dicas e na marcação de eventos.
Os cosméticos/perfumaria do quarto de marca excelente

Cons:

A vista do quarto era para um lado muito feio, com restos de obra.
O corredor para acessar o quarto era muito longo.

location is convenient.

Cons:

For a luxury hotel costs, the standard is poor, the lady front desk was a motel standard, never want to experience her again, everything else so old and run down, the promised air conditioning almost non existent. Will never return even rate lower.

Per il livello e quello che si paga i dettagli fanno la differenza … personale del hotel ok ma “senti” che sanno di essere il migliore hotel di Roma o uno dei primi …
Camera con 2 bagni: in uno dei due la porta resta aperta di almeno alcuni centimetri; prodotti presenti nei bagni pochi e mediocri; connessioni elettriche delle lampade aperte e pericolose; pulizia non impeccabile…;il sistema di aria condizionata fa un rumore insopportabile ,colazione e servizio in sala mediocre. Senza fare nomi il concorrente a 5 stelle dietro Piazza Navona è un altro pianeta !
