Cons:

Camera e bagno sporchi. Il personale alla reception è stato scortese e poco professionale: quando abbiamo chiesto alcune informazioni, ha risposto alzando la voce invece di fornire assistenza.

L'hotel appare trascurato e sembra non essere stato adeguatamente pulito o rinnovato da anni. I cuscini erano molto scomodi e c'era polvere ovunque.

Nel complesso, la struttura merita al massimo 2 stelle ed è decisamente datata. L'unico aspetto positivo è stata la colazione, che era buona, ma non giustifica assolutamente il prezzo di 45 euro a persona.

Esperienza deludente.

room was dirty , there is even cut nails one the carpet , not as picture , old bathrooms , dirty…. For that amount of money I’m pretty’s sure we would have better experience

Location is great

Cons:

Old building. Needs renovation. The pictures are definitely not representative of the actual condition of the property. Lack of natural light in the hotel room. No coffee machine in room. No refill of water. Not possible to borrow an iron and iron board.

Reminded me of a simple hostel with private bedroom. Value for money is low. Must and should be much better options in Rome

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Great location and breakfast. I really enjoyed window into internal courtyard. Common terrace is lovely as well.

Cons:

The taxi called from your hotel to FCO attempted to charge €65 instead of the official €55 fixed fare from inside the Aurelian Walls. The driver also claimed there was an additional fee for paying by card, even though card-payment surcharges are not allowed. I understand this may not be the hotel’s fault, but I wanted to report it so future guests are protected.

The location is the only positive aspect but still not worthwhile the rates. I would only stay there if I had to.
Pros:

The location is excellent

Cons:

Cleanliness.
The property is very old and beaten down from inside especially and from outside.
The facilities are not worth much close to none existence.
Not enough staff.

Given the excellent location it is very much worth while to make extensive investment in upgrading the facilities and all the hotel and should be a straight forward business case.

Os funcionários do hotel são muito receptivos, simpáticos e prestativos. Os quartos são confortáveis e o café da manhã é excelente.

Pros:

Historisch interessantes Hotel mitten in Rom. Tolle dachterasse, pompöse Halle und riesige Zimmer .
Düse Hotel ist was besonderes .
Mann und förmlich die alte Geschichte , die Filme die hier gedreht worden sind und die Herberge der Schauspieler spüren .

La ubicación es inmejorable. La habitación Junior Suite tiene un tamaño excepcional y estaba todo muy limpio. El personal del hotel muy atento en general.

Cons:

Teniendo en cuenta el precio, esperaba que las instalaciones estuviesen un poco mejor conservadas y mantenidas. El desayuno está bien pero siendo un 5* también esperaba algo más diferencial.
