Pros:

I am more than satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Everything was great — the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I would definitely choose the same hotel again if I return.

Прекрасное местоположение - минут 5 до пляжа, отель находится немного в глубине от улице, относительно тихо. Рядом куча ресторанов, 7-Eleven. Чисто, убираются по просьбе

Cons:

Как таковых критичных недостатков нет, но из серии "чистенько но бедненько". Завтраков нет, сантехника старая. За такой номер - цена, на мой взгляд завышена.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr alt und runter gekommen und dazu auch dreckig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider dreckig, extrem alt und runter gekommen. Alte, schlechte Klimaanlage die nicht verstellbar war. Alle Fenster waren kaputt und standen offen. Balkontür auch sehr undicht und nachts sehr hellhörig (man hört viele Geräusche von der Straße). Badezimmer dreckig, überall spinnenweben. Die Lüftung, welche direkt auf dem Balkon ist ebenso sehr laut. Wasserschaden an den Wänden am Bett und große Flecken. Betten an den Seiten kaputt und morsch. Dusche nicht sauber, Kalkflecken und Haare. Hotelkartenschalter ist jedes Mal auseinander gefallen wenn man die Karte reingelegt hat. An den Gardinen und von den Wänden hingen noch die Spinnenweben runter. Selbst auf dem Boden und der Toilette waren starke Flecken, die dort mit Sicherheit schon länger waren. Der Kühlschrank war so kalt eingestellt, dass die Getränke darin gefroren sind. Keine schöne Erfahrung.
