Had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was excellent, the air-conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was spotless with good water pressure. Housekeeping & Front Desk Mr Umar did a great job. Would definitely stay here again.

Kebersihan..hotel sangat bersih dan selesa..harga sangat berbaloi.. staff sangat baik ramah dan membantu..lokasi sngt strategic, hanya berjalan kaki utk ke bnyk mall dan jb sentral..

No parking, but its ok..sblh property ada private parking yg berjaga..take 2 minit walking distance..

Everything was good except the two complaints

Cons:

The heater was not functioning well it takes time almost need to wait for 15 minutes to heat. No hooks to hang the towels or clothes in the bathroom.

Rude Receptionist Could have ended very badly
Pros:

It's cheap.

Cons:

You get two cards. One to enter the building and one to enter the room. I left the building without the key to get through the door. The receptionist made a huge deal, sighing and rolling his eyes and lecturing me on having the right card. He was just sitting there going on and on instead of just pressing the button. It took some restraint for me to handle the situation without escalating it.

Do not treat your guests like idiots.

I advise you to go to another hotel.

Besides this unprofessional and provocative receptionist, the rooms are very old, windowless and smelly. Avoid.

The room was clean n the smell was good
Many hotels can watch tv only but this hotel connect with wifi,the 2 days I watch movies in YouTube

Cons:

Just the water in toilet, after shower drain slow
Hotel near with nasi kandar🥰 easy to take lunch
