Teleurstellend ondanks goede locatie
Pros:

De locatie was erg fijn. Praktisch aan het strand. Iedere dag schoonmaak was erg fijn.

Cons:

- Er was geen lift en we zaten op 3 hoog.
- De lobby was in verbouwing.
- Er werden extra toeslagen in rekening gebracht terwijl het al inclusief zou moeten zijn.
- Er is € 65 extra in rekening gebracht voor verblijf.
- Er was niet echt sprake van een zwembad. Je kon er niet in zwemmen en het was gedateerd.
- Er is geen sprake van Luciana beach. Om een strandstoel te bemachtigen moet je verplicht eten en drinken op het strand.
- Het hotel lijkt te zijn overgenomen door Kavia.

Muy buena ubicación

Cons:

Las instalaciones un poco viejas, el jacuzzi no anda, los camastros tenes q pagarlo, no podes dejar nada en los camastros si no consumiste nada en el bar porq te lo sacan, y la dueña que está encargada de los camastros, es muy desagradable y maleducada. Un día te dicen un precio y al otro día otro, malísimo.

Me gustó que estaba pegado a la Playa pero el Bar no es del Hotel te obligan a consumir un minino de 400 pesos Mexicanos

Los Colchones por ser un 4 estrellas los colchones son muy duros terminamos durmiendo en un sofá cama de la Habitación

The staff really could not do enough for us.
Pros:

Hotel was beautiful, the most comfortable beds and pillows.
