Great value
Pros:

Lovely Place, Amazing Location
Pros:

Great room, amazing location overlooking a large cemetery during Dia de los Muertas. We loved Oaxaca and Jlatlaco especially was such a good neighbourhood to have as a base.

Cons:

We had shower issues when we arrived but our host was so quick to fix them and then we had the best shower since getting to Mexico,
it was so nice! So nothing really 😊

El área buena, el diseño bueno,, FALTAN TERMINADOS. TAPAR HUECOS.

No entregaron total de llaves a la llegada falto la llave de la reja de la entrada de la calle, salí a turistear al regreso después de media noche tuve que llamar y esperar en la calle a que me llevarán la llave, solicite limpieza no la hicieron, en el techo los canales no estaban sellados había muchos huecos el cancel mal colocado tenia espacios sin sellar, por estos espacios se filtra aire, frío, polvo, animales y ruido por las filtraciones y corrientes de aire provocaban que las cortinas golpearan con el cancel teniendo que poner objetos que las detuviran, le faltaba un juego de cortinas por lo que no setenia privacidad, la escalera del baño desnivelada. y sin pasamanos. El calentador no funcionaba. El tener que buscar otra opción para hospedarme siendo difícil por ser temporada alta.

It was a great place to stay and value for money. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Pros:

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The self contained unit was so comfortable and I felt completely safe as a solo female traveller. The location was great and walking distance to shops, supermarket, great restaurants and cafes as well as the farmer's market. Getting around was very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the instant hot water was a bonus. The cooking facilities were also great. It was a very comfortable, airy and light filled space. The use of the terrace was also very nice. wifi was also great and it was a quiet place to work.

Cons:

Being aware that you are on the fourth floor with no elevator access may make it challenging for people that aren't mobile.
