Horrible!!!
Cons:

Very Disappointing and Unsafe Experience

The hotel provided an incorrect address, which initially led us to a completely different (previous) location. This caused unnecessary stress and confusion upon arrival. The staff at the royal hotel helped us and showed us the correct hotel thankfully.

Once we finally found the correct place, the situation became even worse. The entire facility had a very unpleasant smell, and the overall condition was poor. The room was not clean — the beds had visible stains, and the bathroom was in an equally unacceptable state.

The receptionist was rude and did not speak any English, which made communication difficult. Instead of assisting us properly, he pressured my Turkish friend to convince us to stay and rushed us, which felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Additionally, the surrounding area felt unsafe and unclean. Even locals mentioned that this neighborhood has a bad reputation, which increased our concerns.

As a female traveler, I did not feel safe staying at this property. I had to leave immediately and unfortunately lost my money.

I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a poor and unsafe area, is very old and run-down, and the standard is far below what is advertised. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the property, poor cleanliness, smoking everywhere (including stairwells), and multiple floors without an elevator.

The conditions were so bad that I could not check in. The staff only speak Turkish, making communication difficult. The experience was not worth the price or expectations. Not recommended.

Ребята заселились, а в номере вообще жесть. По кровати лазят жуки (клопы).Вообще сразу развернулись и на выход, подумали что лучше не рисковать. На рецепшене клялись, что вернут деньги через 4 дня, так как мы не заселились по причине того что в номере нарушены санитарные нормы, но этого так и не случилось, обманули - деньги не вернули.

Советую обходить стороной это место.

Everything was terrible. I was contacted a few days before my arrival, asking if I wanted a taxi to pick me up at the Istanbul airport. I was surprised to say yes, and we agreed on a time. Unfortunately, when the taxi they had booked arrived, it was stopped by the airport police, saying it couldn't take tourists because it wasn't authorized. So we were left there and had to sort things out ourselves by calling another taxi. We arrived at the address listed on Booking.com, and it didn't match the hotel. After searching for half an hour, we found it. We enter and at reception we are greeted, so to speak, by a gentleman who doesn't speak English, so everything is done with Google Translate late. He shouts at us and shows us a room with three beds, when I booked a double and laughs that if we wanted to stay there we would have to pay twenty euros more per day. Of course, I say no because I had already paid for a double. Then he shows us another room under the stairs, with a queen-size bed. Of course, I again say no because I had booked a double. He responds brusquely and continues to tell us either this or you have to pay. After half an hour of arguing, we decide to leave, losing all the money we had booked for days. Lastly, we ask the gentleman to come and meet us since it was 11:30 pm and it was pouring with rain outside, but he wouldn't hear of it. I definitely don't recommend it.

Odada böcekler vardı. Oda nem kokuyordu. Yatak temiz değildi. Banyoda duşa kabin yoktu. İnternet acayip yavaştı ve diğer odalardaki en küçük sesleri bile duyabiliyordunuz

No habia desayuno، la ubicación est bien cerca de todo,

Cons:

Nos han dado cama de matrimonio, aun que hemos espesificado que eramos dos hombres, y para cambiarnos la habitación, el recepciónista que estaba de noche nos pide 20€ de mas, luego la habitación estaba llena de chinches nos cambiaron de habitación de nuevo pero igual que la otro llena de chiches, no hay calefación todos los dias ni agua caliente, no aconsejo este hotel a nadie, adjunto foto de los chinches que he matado.
