Pros:

La struttura si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia della laguna. Il ristorante offre piatti messicani gourmet e ottimi cocktails. Il bungalow è spazioso e super pulito!

Cons:

I prezzi del ristorante sono forse un po altini ma poi in fondo non del tutto rispetto agli altri in Bacalar.

È stato un soggiorno perfetto. Siamo andati via a malincuore. Dalla posizione, nel tratto con l’acqua più bella della laguna, ai bungalow molto suggestivi e comodi, i servizi e lo staff. Puro relax

Un sogno ad occhi aperti!
Pros:

Questo alloggio ha fatto la differenza nella nostra vacanza di famiglia in Messico! La struttura si trova nella parte balneabile più suggestiva della laguna, le cabanas sono dotate di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata, tv, frigorifero, doccia confortevole).
La colazione inclusa con vista laguna spettacolare, il ristorante interno, il parcheggio interno custodito, i kayak che mettono a disposizione (gratis) per gli ospiti, la possibilità di prenotare le gite in giornata a prezzi onesti direttamente in reception, la gentilezza dello staff, tutto è stato perfetto!

AGRADABLE
Pros:

Las cabañas tienen acceso a la laguna, te prestan kayaks y chalecos sin costo, las habitaciones y el sanitario estaban limpios, las encargadas de recepción fueron muy amables, nos ofrecieron una bebida de cortesía al llegar y el refri de la habitación también tenía algunas bebidas de cortesía. Nos orientaron amablemente para hacer compras, solicitar transportes y tours.

Cons:

Llegamos antes de la hora establecida para el check in y decidimos irnos al centro para respetar la hora de entrada de las 3:00 p.m. Regresamos para el check in en el hotel poco después de las 4:00 p.m. y todavía no habían hecho la limpieza de nuestra cabaña. El hotel especifica que no acepta mascotas, pero hay muchos gatitos en el hotel.

La playa y ubicación

Cons:

La primer noche se me asignó una habitación de las mas pequeñas no cabía, me raspaba con la palma en la espalda, baño fuera de la habitación. Yo había reservado con baño dentro de la cabaña para las dos noches. Me hicieron el cambio en la 2da noche.

Pros:

The view was amazing. It truly is paradise! Waking up to see the lagoon, hearing the water and animals is beautiful. The Cabañas are great. The AC works perfects

Cons:

There is no indoor bathroom. The walk to the bathroom is pretty far, especially late at night. I wouldn’t recommend it with younger kids or elderly family members.
