Schöne Unterkunft mit unglaublich schlechtem Personal beim Restaurant/Bar
Pros:

Die ganze Anlage ist sehr hübsch angelegt und die Lage direkt an der Lagune der sieben Farben sehr schön. Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft ist einfach und das Zentrum von Bacalar ist mit dem Auto in kürze zu erreichen.

Wir hatten zwei verschiedene Häuschen gebucht. Was uns nicht bewusst war, ist dass die kleineren Häuschen kein eigenes Bad im Zimmer haben. Das Bad befindet sich ca. 50 Meter entfernt in einem separaten Komplex. Personen die auch in der Nacht die Toilette benützen möchten sollten das berücksichtigen.

Was wir geschätzt haben war der Willkommensdrink bei unserer Ankunft.

Cons:

Das Personal war völlig unmotiviert und hielt sich lieber neben der Bar/Restaurant im Schatten auf, als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Wir haben uns an einen Tisch gesetzt und nach ca. 10 Minuten haben wir uns dann die Speise und Getränkekarte selber geholt. Nach weiteren 20 Minuten haben wir dann das Restaurant wieder verlassen da offensichtlich niemand eine Bestellung aufnehmen mochte. Am Abend hat das Personal dann aber doch noch die Motivation gepackt. Gemeinsam haben Sie laute Musik in der Baur/Restaurant gespielt und dazu gejohlt. Auf Grund dessen, dass alle Häuschen ziemlich nahe beisammen und somit auch bei der in der Mitte der gesamten Anlage befindlichen Bar/Restaurant waren hat dieser Lärm deutlich gestört. Wir hätten uns vom Personal gewünscht, dass hier auf die Gäste Rücksicht genommen wird.

Man hat bei dieser Unterkunft gemerkt, dass es sich um Angestellte ohne Leidenschaft für Ihren Beruf handelt. Schade, dass dies die Bewertung der ansonsten schönen Unterkunft massiv verschlechtert. Wir würden einzig auf Grund des Personals hier nicht mehr buchen und hatten uns während unserem Aufenthalt sogar überlegt einen Tag früher abzureisen.

Absolutely perfect!
Pros:

Everything was exactly like the description and pictures, I did so much research and really picked the best place for my family! It has the absolute best location to swim, the walk in beach is the only place like it in Bacalar and the food was incredible! Thank you the staff for making it a perfect vacation, We will be back as soon as we can!

Que está literalmente al pie de la lagua

Cons:

Uno de los días llovió y se fue la luz desde las 2 pm hasta la mañana siguiente, y como no había luz, no funcionaba la bomba del agua, por lo que también nos quedamos sin agua. Tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel a pasar porque no podíamos estar sin agua y aparte el calor era demasiado.

Nos encantó la ubicación, el lugar, la atención de todxs los colaboradorxs, el servicio, las instalaciones, en general ¡Nos encantó! El precio se nos hizo muy acorde y accesible a lo ofrecido, definitivamente volveremos para quedarnos más tiempo.

La playa de enfrente de la cabaña era espectacular!!! El personal súper atento y amable. Nos prepararon un cóctel de bienvenida a la llegada y desayuno estaba increíble, nos lo trajeron a la terrazita y desayunamos frente al mar. También tenía una zona de playa privada con una sillitas y una mesita. Muy recomendable!!!

Cons:

Por decir alguna cosa, era un poco incómodo usar las tomas de electricidad por la proximidad de la cama con el techo y el tema de tener el baño fuera (en nuestro caso, ya lo sabíamos al elegir esa cabaña).

MELHOR OPÇÃO.
Pros:

Simplesmente amamos essa hospedagem, ficamos na cabana pé da lagoa, assim que chegamos já ganhamos um drinque, na cabana possui frigobar com bebidas tipo cervejas, refrigerante e água (2 de cada) que repõem todos os dias, cafeteria com café, toalhas para usar nas espreguiçadeiras, café da manhã gostoso na cabana, stand up e caiaque o dia todo disponível, o nosso banheiro ficava um pouco longe da cabana porém era privativo e tínhamos as chaves, com toalhas, amenidades de banho, tudo muito cheiroso e limpo, o restaurante com comida boa para almoço e jantar, se você precisar fazer os passeios eles também oferecem por um bom preço, estacionamento privativo.
