Excellent hotel! They greet you with a welcome drink and give you a delicious dessert upon checkout. It's a new, beautiful hotel, everything is very clean. Air conditioning, hairdryer, TV, kettle in the room, and two bottles of water.
Breakfast was amazing – you could choose any dish you wanted, plus extras from the buffet. They make delicious coffee. Before leaving, I couldn't get a taxi, but the receptionist was very helpful.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Nous sommes venus que pour quelques nuits, le personnel a été agréablement accueillant envers nous très gentil et à l’écoute. Les chambres fonctionnelles et bien équipees le matelas est très confortable

Cons:

Étant donné que l’hôtel est un hôtel de centre-ville, nous avons tendance à entendre les véhicules circuler dans la rue.

Hotel położony blisko stacji metra w cichej okolicy. Bardzo uprzejmy personel. Smacznego śniadania ze świeżymi sokami. Można zostawić bagaże do czasu wyjazdu po wymeldowaniu.

Cons:

Wszytko było dla nas wystarczające na krótki pobyt w Bangkoku.

We left satisfied.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. The hotel and rooms were very clean. We were very comfortable as a family. We later realized how close it was to the Pratunam shopping area. There are many excellent spa centers nearby.
