Excellent hotel! They greet you with a welcome drink and give you a delicious dessert upon checkout. It's a new, beautiful hotel, everything is very clean. Air conditioning, hairdryer, TV, kettle in the room, and two bottles of water.
Breakfast was amazing – you could choose any dish you wanted, plus extras from the buffet. They make delicious coffee. Before leaving, I couldn't get a taxi, but the receptionist was very helpful.

Nous sommes venus que pour quelques nuits, le personnel a été agréablement accueillant envers nous très gentil et à l’écoute. Les chambres fonctionnelles et bien équipees le matelas est très confortable

The staff were excellent. The hotel and rooms were very clean. We were very comfortable as a family. We later realized how close it was to the Pratunam shopping area. There are many excellent spa centers nearby.

It's a decent hotel with big comfy beds (at least in my room). The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The location is alright although it does take 15 minutes to the metro station. It's very close to Pratunam market which was nice and lively.
When I checked in they said I'd need to call reception upon leaving so they would check my room for any damage. Quite off-putting. The room had a list of costs for every single thing that could be broken or damaged. Felt very cheap.
The room had darkening curtains next to the bed but the windows in front of the sink (which was in the bedroom, not the bathroom) only had a white curtain so I had to use a sleep mask... Not great.
The location is quite centralised and near to Pratunam.
The room does not have a mirror. The bed is not comfortable and sink when you sleep. The TV remote control not working well. The door cannot be open with the card. Have to try multiple times before the door can be open. The walls are very thin. There is lots of knocking and dropping sound throughout. The bathroom door cannot be close. The toilet bowl cannot be flush.
