Pros:

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme des employés.

Cons:

Les petits déjeuners sont exposés sans chauffe-plats, avec peu ou pas de fruits. Nos 2 chambres étaient très basses de plafond, avec des grands miroirs au plafond et sur 1 mur, et notre salle de bain avait les joints fortement noircis.

Had a great time at the Sultan which is slightly dated but the staff , location outweighs these.
Pros:

The breakfast was basic but satisfying .No microwave so unless you were at breakfast for 8, the food was either warm or cold.

Cons:

Whilst the room was ornate and presented well , access was challenging as the room was up 3 flights of stairs .Not good for anyone who experiences difficulties with their mobility. The lights and the water were difficult to work out, turn on the cold to get hot etc, minor quirky issues.Also we were in another building, separated from members of our group.Again a minor issue .You can't beat the location, less than 20 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque. Would definitely stay again

Pros:

Locatia foarte buna, pe o strada linistita si nu departe de zona centrala. Micul dejun destul de bogat si cu preparate diversificate. Personalul foarte zambitor si saritor la nevoile avute pe perioada sederii. Recomand!

Cons:

Un pic mai multa atentie la curatenie, as recomanda.

Найбільш сподобались відношення персоналу,а особливо інка яка готувала,вона просто неймовірна, настільки добра та світла !!!

Cons:

Трохи є сміття навколо отеля,але то не тільки їх провина,а і місцевих жителів, і саме головне що в ліжку був дуже продавлений матрац,чоловік із змістом 188 було дуже не комфортно.

Un soggiorno da Sultano
Pros:

Posizione centrale, colazione abbondante sia salata che dolce tutto di ottima qualità.
Arredamento molto particolare, perché sembra di essere tornati al tempo dei sultani
Nota speciale per Emre, sempre cordiale e attento a soddisfare ogni esigenza, che ci è dispiaciuto non vedere prima della partenza. Un caro saluto da Roberto e Rita.

Худший мой опыт за всё время на сервисе booking. У нас был заказан трансфер из аэропорта до отеля. Мы его ждали уставшие с вещами, прождали обозначенное время, машины не было. Какой-то посредник сказал нам, что мы должны либо ждать или можем уйти и ехать как захотим. Мы ушли. В это время нам стали звонить и писать из отеля, что машина якобы ждет нас. Мы вернулись, но машины так и не было, мы прождали снова, машина не приезжала, тогда я написал отелю, что мы поедем на uber. мы поехали на стороннем такси, потому что сил ждать не было. По дороге в отель сотрудник отеля написал нам отказ в заселении, чтобы мы искали себе другое жилье. Деньги вернулись, но на следующий день пытались списать заново. Но их ждал провал. Какие деньги за отмененное бронирование? Ха ха, просто стыд. Люди не могут организовать адекватный трансфер за хорошую цену, а потом еще и подставляют с заселением. Не рекомендую, в Турции явно есть хорошие люди, а есть вот такие.
