Brutal
Cons:

I have never stayed in a worse hotel. At the reception we were greeted by otherwise polite staff, but communication was difficult since they spoke only Turkish. They accommodated us in a room that was literally shaking from the vibrations of the air conditioners. Before unpacking our luggage, I asked them to change it. They offered us two other rooms — since I had paid for two — but both had no windows, which honestly shocked me. You can’t tell whether it’s day or night.

I asked again for normal rooms, because I wasn’t staying there for free — I had paid for this. They promised to move us the next day. They did, but I could clearly see the cleaner’s attitude, as if we were being overly demanding. In the new room, our key card didn’t work, so we constantly had to call someone to let us in instead of simply giving us another card, and the other room didn’t even have a blanket.

As for cleanliness — what can I say — a total disaster. The only clean areas were the corridors and common spaces. The air conditioners didn’t work properly, so we had to clean the filters ourselves — they were covered in a thick layer of dust. All the rooms smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, and the air was suffocating, especially in the windowless rooms.

They said there was parking, but in reality, there wasn’t — you had to park on the street. To top it all off, on our last night there was an event — a wedding — right beneath us, and the music and drums were deafening until late at night. We had just come after my daughter’s surgery, and in that condition, a person really needs rest.

I took photos of everything, because I honestly think I may never see such a terrible hotel again. Would I visit again? I don’t think so — neither I nor my family. It was brutal!

Pros:

Бронировали остановиться на ночь, в номере были все удобства, за исключением нормального окна - но это мелочи. Пробуждение против воли из-за мечети в 5-6 утра - учтите это. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый, всем помогут, всё расскажут. Единственное, в номере сильно пахло сигаретами - возможно это был просто номер для курящих.

Bad experience
Cons:

The room was extremely small so was the bed even though it was saying big double bed.
Bed sheets and pillows had hair left probably from the previous guests.
Towels in the bathroom very dirty.

Pros:

Excellent, clean room. I was afraid of noise, but stuff control that after 23.00 there is no noise. Very kind and helpful stuff, laundry service and good hotel in common due to far away distance from touristic area.

Cons:

Don't get to the hotel from Metro Yenisahra - dangerous closest suburb, but atmosphere near the hotel is safety!
The room isn't ideal (plugs, shower), but due to location - it is better that we expect.
