المرحاض صغير وأدوات الحمام بفلوس مثل فرشاة أسنان وغيرها وعمال النظافة يدخلون عليك فالغرفة بدون استأذان وموظفات الاستقبال كلهم من الهند ولا يتكلمون العربيه ولديهم عنصريه إذا أتى قست هندي يخلصونه وإذا أتى قست عربي ينتظر في عنصريه فالمكان وفي موظف هندي كذلك يتكلم معاك كأنه صاحب الفندق وأنا لا ارشح هذا الفندق للسكن إلا إذا تغيروا الهنود وجابوا موظفين عرب واجانب من أي جنسيه غير الهنود وكذلك يقولون الهنود إذا احببت تأخذ صديقتك تدفع مبلغ من المال 270 درهم ويقولون لدينا روسيات وجنسيات أخرى للمساج ول…… السعر 1500 درهم!!!! يرجى من العائلات التي تحب تزور دبي لاتسكن في هذا الفندق لأنه غير مؤهل لسكن العائلات البنات في كل أنحاء الفندق وفي مصخره

The attitude of the receptionist was very rude and didn’t help with finding any solution regarding the requested early check in and we stayed outside in the lobby from 6 am till 4 pm
