Great hotel - just visited at the wrong time.
Pros:

Everything. Loads of choices of food. All well presented. Staff were attentive and helpful. Room was spacious, and cleaned every day. We were unlucky enough to have stayed there when war broke out but were looked after well.

Cons:

The hotel made arrangements to keep guests as safe as possible when government alerts were sent to our phones. However it was up to the guests to find out where that was and to get themselves there. We felt the hotel should have sent out notices to say where the place of safety was (the ballroom) and help direct guests there. Once we got there however, they made sure we had access to water, teas and coffees. We weren’t really sure how long we needed to stay there and again it was left to the guests to find out. Overall it was good they did what they did and, as a result, we were kept safe.
