Great hotel I have now used 4 times.
Pros:

Excellent hotel.
Don't worry about distance from downtown, the excellent transportation available removes all problems

Cons:

Some of the breakfast items,
Sausage, potatoes, beans where cold.
I prefer these to be hot!

Pros:

This was the fifth time I stayed in Hayat in last three years but this was most disappointing, previously I recommended it to my friends also and on my insistance they also booked Hayat.
First of all the breakfast it was not at all upto the standards of s five star hotel, it was arranged in a marriage hall instead of the restaurant, The Kitchen, not at all a pleasant feeling.
In rooms also basic things were missing like a writing pad and a pen etc.
The reception staff was good specially miss Chetna and Urmila check in was smooth and without any hassle.
One suggestion, hayat loyalty points should also be awarded if booked through booking.com and other online websites.
