Best value home from home with caring staff.
Pros:

Without a doubt - Shangri-La Dubai is a fantastic location. Best staff ever and be sure to book a Z Horizon room / best value for money. The concierge team - Keith, Janette and Saw are impeccable in their attention and service. The day guy in the door Kohn will make sure you are sorted to get to where you need to go in the most efficient way. He knows everyone. They’re like a huge family.

What is not to like, the staff, facilities, room and food was all excellent.
I stayed 4 nights and was treated like royalty the whole time.
A special shout out to Janeth in the lounge, she is an absolute sweetheart

Pros:

Rooms are very clean and the bed is comfy. The bathroom facilities are amazing. Amazing breakfast and pool space is awesome with great views. The pool timings are one of the best in whole UAE morning 6 to night 10 its very nice espectially summer.
