التلفاز في الغرفة يحتاج الى تطوير و اتمنى اضافة حوض في الغرفة بدل الموجود لكي يكون اجمل ، اتمنى تعديل اسعار الطعام في الغرف جداا اسعارهم مرتفعه

Fantastic.
Pros:

Truly incredible, a genuine 5-star stay from start to finish. I stayed for over a month, and every member of the team was always ready to help with anything needed, fast, clear, and with great communication throughout. Whether it was the room, extensions, or any small request, they handled everything seamlessly and with a smile. Always attentive, always professional, and always making sure every detail was perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Special thanks to Sheila, Khodoram, Basanta, Waqas, Moeen, Yan, Aung, and everyone else, every one of them went above and beyond and made the long stay truly unforgettable. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Outstanding and warm hospitality, and memorable experiences made this one of our best stayscations!

We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Dubai. The breakfast was excellent, with a great spread and plenty of variety every day. A special thank you to Yadu, Chef Sarath, and Pradeep for their warm hospitality and attentive service at Dunes Cafe.

The rooms were always kept spotless and well-maintained by the housekeeping team, making our stay very comfortable.

The Horizon Club experience was exceptional. We would especially like to thank Janet, Saw and Imaya for their outstanding service and for going the extra mile to arrange a lovely birthday celebration surprise. Their thoughtfulness made our stay even more memorable.

We would also like to express our appreciation to the Front Office team for the warm welcome, the complimentary room upgrade, and the smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process. As an additional surprise, another birthday cake was sent to our room, which was a very thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated.

A special mention also goes to the Concierge team, whose members were always welcoming and smiling. We were particularly touched when they kindly reminded our driver to take good care of us, reflecting the genuine care and attention that the hotel staff show to their guests.

Overall, the service, attention to detail, and hospitality were outstanding. Every team member contributed to making our birthday celebration truly memorable, and we look forward to returning to Shangri-La Dubai in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
