Cons:

При всей любви французов к аутентичности и старине, отель выглядит очень уставшим. Для пятизвездочного отеля нет должного уровня комфорта и удобств. Стоимость не соответствует уровню, тем более в не сезон.

Очень милый отель!Приятный магазинчик с сувенирами!Персонал очень дружелюбный!Уютно,чисто и очень атмосферно!Вкусные закуски в бистро.Хороший завтрак,да может быть не такой большой выбор.Но все очень достойно.Останавливалась с собачкой,даже лежаночка подходила по стилю.Мне все понравилось!Спасибо !Расположение супер!

Eine wunderschöne Oase inmitten der Altstadt von Avignon, die nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr grosszügig und komfortabel und angesichts der kalten Aussentemperaturen perfekt geheizt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls perfekt, mit dem Auto sehr entspannt zu erreichen und wunderschön eingebettet in die Altstadt. Das Abendessen im Hotel eigenen Restaurant war aussergewöhnlich und liess nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Lovely building and room with poor attention to detail
Pros:

Beautiful historic building inside the city walls. Very comfortable suite, beautifully decorated.

Cons:

The room was not properly prepared on arrival. There were used towels on the bathroom floor and no mugs or coffee cups. No apology from the staff when I rang to let them know, or when we were asked on leaving ‘how was your stay’ and I explained again.
