Pros:

Le bâtiment typique a du charme mais tout est "dans son jus", vieillot, pas très propre. Lit très dur et pas d'insonorisation (murs en bois qui laissent bien passer le bruit de la rue).
Petit dejeuner : café banane deux toasts. Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Fijn verblijf!
Pros:

We zaten in een appartement op de begane grond we keken uit op een prachtige groene tuin echt heel mooi en rustgevend. Zowel de eigenaar alswel het personeel waren heel aardig en behulpzaam echt heel klantgericht.
De eigenaar heeft ons zelfs met zijn eigen ( dertig jaar oude mercedes) naar het vliegveld gebracht.
Dit is echt een aanrader. Wanneer we ooit nog een keer naar Chiang Rai gaan kiezen we zeker weer voor dit hotel.

Cons:

Eigenlijk helemaal niets.

Splendido soggiorno, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Ottima posizione, a 100 metri dal centro. Personale gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutare. Struttura immensa nel verde, distante quanto basta dal caos della strada principale, al mattino si sentono solo gli uccellini cinguettare. Potendo avrei prolungato il mio soggiorno. A volte nelle aree comuni ci sono le formiche, ma è normale essendo una struttura con molta vegetazione.Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo

Cons:

Il frigorifero in camera si stacca e si attacca con la luce della camera, che si attiva inserendo la chiave, quindi se si lascia del cibo in frigo e si sta fuori tutto il giorno il cibo marcisce, e anche senza cibo attaccando e staccando il frigo dentro puzza.

Inexpensive and convienent to the city with friendly staff but not adequately comfortable for us.
Pros:

Close to the clock tower and walking distance to the down town area

Cons:

Loud traffic noise. The blinds were not thick enough to shield street lights from entering the room. Live Ants were in the toilet. Breakfast was served in the parking lot.

Een warm welkom bad.
Pros:

De ligging vlakbij het busstation,restaurants en markt. Het oersoneel zo lief,ze doen alles voor je.
Prachtig gebouw.

Cons:

Iets gedateerde badkamer en weinig waterdruk.

Jai eu froid dans cet hôtel en novembre
Pros:

Me balader dans les environs. L'aspect traditionnel des hébergements, la gentillesse de la serveuse de 16 ans du Myanmar, même si elle ne parle pas et ne comprend pas l'anglais.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner d'office a base de viande et charcuterie, rien de prévu pour les personnes qui ne mangent pas de viande, il faut le demander à l'avance.
L'absence d'eau chaude au lavabo de la salle de bain.
La faible pression du débit de l'eau dans la douche.
La fraîcheur de la chambre, sombre et pas lumineuse.
Le frigo qui s éteint quand on sort de la chambre car le courant se coupe obligatoirement et automatiquement.
Le petit-déjeuner finit à 9h et non pas à 10h.
L'environnement bruyant, les tables du petit-déjeuner donnent sur un boulevard très bruyant.
L humeur fantasque et instable du gérant

Good location with nice owner/operator
Pros:

Location great,walking distance city centre many options for eating and night time entertainment.
Owner was great,very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Hotel was a little dated,room was basic but okay. I thought the room rate was a bit high for what you got.

Besondere Unterkunft mit schönem Garten
Pros:

Das Hotel und sein Personal haben etwas skurril liebenswertes.
Man kann alles fragen ,
Was man so möchte, wird alles organisiert.
Die Lage ist super zu Nachtmarkt ( unbedingt hingehen!) und Lokalen und Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Das vermittelte Trekking war auch sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Sitzbänke zum Frühstücken sind kalt.
Polster wären super.
