Lovely peaceful hotel with awesome private pools and comfortable facilities.
Pros:

Super clean and peaceful, staff are wonderful. Food was excellent.

Cons:

Nothing, but I would suggest somewhere to hang towels and things outside the room.

Le meilleur hôtel de tout Bali selon moi
Pros:

Absolument tout. Je suis en train de tester un maximum d’autres hôtels partout dans Bali. Et à chaque fois je le compare à cet hôtel Là Tropica… Je n’ai jamais trouvé mieux. Le lieu est magnifique. La propreté est parfaite le personnel est ultra accueillant ils sont disponibles pour tout, je leur fais confiance à 100 %, je me sens en sécurité… Le prix est ultra abordable. Je pense y vivre la plupart de l’année prochainement.

С первых минут и до самого отъезда я чувствовала заботу, внимание и настоящее человеческое отношение.

Персонал — просто выше всяких похвал. Все невероятно доброжелательные, искренние, приветливые и очень профессиональные. На ресепшене всегда встречают с улыбкой и готовностью помочь, консьерж — внимательный и заботливый, водитель — пунктуальный и вежливый. Меня прекрасно встретили и так же тепло проводили — чувствовалось, что здесь действительно ценят гостей.

Отдельно хочу отметить чистоту: клининг на высшем уровне, уборка была каждый день, всё аккуратно, свежо и очень приятно.
Кухня тоже порадовала — вкусно, качественно, с любовью.

В этом отеле прекрасно всё: атмосфера, сервис, люди. Здесь работают не просто сотрудники, а команда, которая делает пребывание по-настоящему комфортным и запоминающимся.
Однозначно рекомендую и с удовольствием вернусь снова. Спасибо вам за всё 💫

Good experience at La Tropica Canggu, with room for improvement

The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Cons:

The breakfast options were limited. For a hotel like this, I would suggest offering an open buffet so guests can choose according to their dietary needs and preferences. My stay included breakfast, yet I was charged extra for oat milk, which I found disappointing.

Additionally, maintenance work was taking place during the day without any prior notice. I was only informed via a note left in my room upon arrival.

Hotel staff too nice I would love to stay there again
Pros:

The hotel staffs are all very nice and helpful especially 2 drivers and 2 receptionist girl are always helping us, food was delicious,

The location you have to drive everywhere so 2 bellman and driving us around which is good

Loved that there was a restaurant and a spa onsite, the staff were so lovely and accomodating which really made our stay that much more enjoyable! Would definitely stay again :)

Best place for peace and great hospitality.
Pros:

The team and their hospitality was incredible. Such a lovely space to spend the end of year. Safe location and easy to navigate to shops and restaurants nearby. I stayed in a one bed with a private pool and was treated to a complimentary floating breakfast which was really nice. No complaints at all - just really recommend staying here.

Cons:

The gym facilities are not up to scratch as it is tiny with very minimal machines. So if you are into fitness, you will need to source a gym to use externally.

Потрясающий отель, с замечательным месторасположением и персоналом! Разнообразные завтраки (по меню), чистые, огромные номера с высокими потолками и балдежным видом (во всяком случае наш был на рисовые поля). В целом все новое и стильное! Отличные матрасы!
Глубокий, длинный бассейн, в котором можно плавать.
Вкусный ресторан в самом отеле и рядом-вокруг куча кафешек.
Тихая локация, но недалеко до всего.
Очень понравился отель.

Pobyt w hotelu był naprawdę świetny! Obsługa przemiła i bardzo pomocna, wszystko odbywało się z uśmiechem. Masaż był absolutnie rewelacyjny — jeden z najlepszych, jakie miałam. Pokój piękny, nowoczesny i przede wszystkim idealnie czysty. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, duży wybór i świeże produkty. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i chętnie wrócę ponownie!
