We were only able to stay one night as our travel plans were interrupted. We like what we saw of the property. Our rooms was comfortable, the room pool was very nice, tho we did not have a chance to use the property's pool.
The food was quite good at the in house restaurant. We would recommend it. The included breakfast was also very sumptious and you had the option of the buffet as well cook to order options.
Everyone that worked at the resort was friendly and seemed happy to be of service.
Our pool seemed to be in view of a raised stair case and we were a bit concerned about privacy, but we didn't see anyone out on it. There was construction on the other side of our wall which was noisy and there were smokers at the work site.
We may have read the description wrong about where the property was located. We had thought that it was closer to the airport than it was. I had expected a 30 min drive which in reality was 90 minutes. That was not a happy surprise after spending such a long time traveling.
Looking at the neighborhood, it did not seem that it would be easily walkable, so we did not try.

Staff was very friendly, they had all the things you could need in a hotel. Even had shaving cream.

Clearly a very new hotel, the facilities were beautiful and new. The AC didnt work in our first room but staff were very quick to try to resolve this & when unsuccessful, move us to a new room without issue. Their communication was fantastic. The hotel itself was excellent with a beautiful pool, views over rice paddies and a restaurant on site. It was a little way away from anything, however. Nearest supermarket was probably a 10 min walk and whilst there were a couple of alternative restaurants in walking distance, we mostly Grab-d a bit further into Canggu main area. However, it was super quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of a very busy touristy part of Bali which we really liked. Breakfast was really good with incredibly attentive staff. Staff generally at this hotel were fantastic.
Location as described above,but on balance we would choose this hotel again because we preferred to be away from the noise even if it was a bit inconvenient sometimes. Laundry services were crazy expensive on site! We walked down the road about 15 mins to find a local company that was much more reasonable.

the staff were lovely, very welcoming and accommodating. The pool was so nice and it was lovely looking out onto the rice feilds, the rooms where very spacious.
The room i booked the aircon didn’t work properly so it was hot and stuffy at night especially, the staff were very accommodating when we told them about this issue offering to move us to another room.
Love the bathtube with sea salt and all amenities
Beautiful property
We hadden de villa met eigen zwembad, wat ook lekker in het zonnetje lag! Het was lekker open met veel licht. Het bed lag ook fijn en het ontbijt was heerlijk! Personeel ook erg lief.
Het lag ietsje verder weg van het strand en de leuke restaurantjes daar in de buurt. 15 min met de taxi dus konden weinig echt lopend doen, tenzij je echt in de straat zelf gaat eten.
