Pros:

Comfortable and spacious, but basic breakfast and slightly remote for the price.
Pros:

The room and bed were very comfortable. The balcony had a couch and a bathtub, which we didn’t use. There was air conditioning in both the front and back areas, and it wasn’t noisy. We received an upgrade to a larger room at check-in; however, the booked “sea view” was more of a pool view.

Cons:

Unfortunately, breakfast wasn’t for us and felt rather basic, so we chose to eat elsewhere. For the price, we expected a bit more. The hotel is somewhat far from Chaweng and Fisherman’s Village.

Mooi hotel, personeel alleen niet vriendelijk zoals je dat in Thailand gewend bent
Pros:

Hygiënisch en grote kamer. Prachtig uitzicht over de zee en mooi aangelegd. Leuk dat er van 4-6 happy hour was en het eten was ook erg lekker.

Cons:

Personeel kwam soms wat ongeïnteresseerd en chagrijnig over. Dat heeft ons echt teleurgesteld.

najlepszy hotel w calej Tajlandii w jakim byliśmy. cudowne wnętrza. bardzo dobre jedzenie. obsługa - ogromnie pomocna, zaangażowana, troskliwa. pomagają we wszystkim z ogromnym zaangażowaniem. w cenie pobytu jest nawet lekcja boksu, bo jest super doświadczeniem :) lokalizacja - świetna: na pieszo można dojść do pięknej świątyni, ale też są przepyszne restauracje, sklepy i inne atrakcje. jednocześnie hotel zapewnia bardzo prywatną, piękną plażę :) jeżeli byśmy kiedyś wracali na Koh Samui to na pewno do tego hotelu :)

Pros:

La piscine face à la mer, la chambre avec vue sur la mer, le gardien pour son aide à sortir la voiture,

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner manque un peu de diversité, qualité des pains et des viennoiseries à developper aussi pour les fruits.
Remarque concernant une commande de cocktail avec alcool qui nous ont été servi, sans nous l’indiquer ce jour l’alcool était interdit , après réclamation à la direction aucun geste commercial n’a été fait, nous avons payé les cocktails avec alcool , pas très commercial pour un séjour à quatre pour dix-huit jours 😤

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ein sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit einem sehr schönen Pool. Das Zimmer war modern und stets sauber.
Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es gibt Shuttle, die mehrmals am Tag zum Markt fahren.
Wir haben es nicht genutzt, aber die Möglichkeit zu haben, ist sehr gut

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite, wodurch es nachts manchmal laut war. Wir konnten dennoch gut schlafen.
Der Strand ist leider nicht zum Baden geeignet, da sehr viele Algen im Wasser sind und der Strand an manchen Stellen sehr dreckig ist.
Manche Liegepolster sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.
Die Lage ist grundsätzlich nicht schlecht, aber im direkten Vergleich zu Chaweng, wo wir zuvor waren, war sie definitiv etwas ungünstiger.

It was a lovely location and the staff were really caring and nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were never notified In advance that the accommodation type we booked (I think sea view balcony - not overlooking the pool) was overlooking another lot that had recently started construction. So the beautiful view in the photos that we were expecting was actually just directly overlooking a massive construction site. We tried to move rooms but room 432 had a water pipe that was almost directly above our bed that cycled on and off consistently all night and all day. When we asked staff they said nothing can be done about it and they did move us back to one of the rooms with worse views. I had to wear headphones to sleep in that room. Also if you are someone who is really bothered by street noises this is probably not the hotel for you. Street noise is quite clearly heard from inside our room. This didn’t really bother me or stop me from sleeping though but the water pipe o couldn’t deal with and unfortunately I got really sick after going on a tour so it took a couple days before I was well enough to move rooms as I had been vomiting and not well at all. Also the buffet breakfast was pretty average but not bad considering it was part of the cost of our rooms. We did end up just going elsewhere to find breakfast later in our stay. I didn’t mind the other food though.

Sehr schöne Villa mit privatem Pool aber neben einer riesigen Baustelle mit Lärm

Wir buchten eine Villa, was sicher gut war. Da es nebenan eine riesige Baustelle hat, ist mit Lärm und Schmutz zu rechnen. In unserer Villa sahen wir die Baustelle nicht, was von Vorteil war. Die Villa ist riesig, schön eingerichtet und wir genossen unseren privaten Pool sehr. Super Dusche.
Das Personal an der Rezeption versucht alles, um für die Gäste Ausflüge, Taxis oder andere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Ein grosses Lob an die Rezeption.

Cons:

Nebenan ist eine riesige Baustelle, welche noch lange dauert. Da entstehen neue Villen und es ist laut und je nach Zimmer ist die Sicht auf diese Baustelle. Am Strand assen die Bauleute und hinterliessen ihren ganzen Dreck. Es wäre ein traumhafter Strand, wenn richtig geputzt würde. Wir sahen, dass jemand durchwischte und den Dreck im Sand vergraben hatte. Nicht mal tief, so dass die nächste Welle alles wieder freispühlte. Schade, der Strand ist so nicht zu gebrauchen und es hat auch keine Gäste unten.
Beim Essen am Abend sind die Angestellten sehr unbeholfen. Für den Preis erwarte ich besseren Service und bessere Qualität. Mein Fisch war nicht richtig durchgekocht. Die Köchin kam und tastete mit den Fingern mit der Servicetochter auf meinem Essen herum und nahm den Teller wieder in die Küche. 10 Minuten später kamen die gleichen Stücke wieder, die nun einfach nochmals in die Friteuse gemacht wurden. Das Essen war nun ungeniessbar und die Pommes kalt. Mir verging der Hunger und ich reklamierte an der Rezeption. Die Leitung kam mir mit 200 Bath entgegen, was umgerechnet nicht mal Fr. 5.00 waren. Es hat auch kaum Gäste am Abend. Wir haben zweimal dort gegessen und waren zweimal fast alleine unten. Die Preise sind teuer und die Qualität, sowie der Service nicht gut. Beim ersten Mal gingen wir vergessen, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Es wurde weder der Teller abgeräumt, noch nachgefragt, ob wir noch Kaffee und Dessert wollten. So gingen wir wieder, da das Personal lieber für das Frühstück wieder frisch auftischte.

This hotel is truly superb. It blends the beachfront with super modern rooms, very stylish with a lot of character and Muay Thai themed. The Spa was most excellent and there is plenty of cheaper massages outside. Plenty of stores and restaurants, temple and convenience stores, ATMs, etc on the same road in walking distance. We also did the free Muay Thai courses and even paid for some private lessons. The pool is stylish, the ocean wonderful and the restaurant very good. Phenomenal staff.
