โดยรวมประทับใจมากค่ะ คุ้มค่าราคา เตียงนุ่ม แอร์เย็น ห้องสะอาดเรียบร้อยดีมากค่ะ แอบมีข้อแนะนำเล็กน้อยด้วยความหวังดีนะคะ พอดีเห็นพนักงานต้องนั่งเคลียร์เอกสารกันตรงเคาน์เตอร์ด้านหน้าเลย แอบเห็นใจพนักงานและกลัวว่าจะทำงานไม่สะดวกค่ะ ถ้าโรงแรมมีจัดโซนห้องพักหรือห้องทำงานแยกให้พนักงานได้นั่งจัดการเอกสารโดยเฉพาะ น่าจะช่วยให้พนักงานทำงานได้คล่องตัวขึ้น และทำให้พื้นที่ต้อนรับส่วนหน้าดูเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยสวยงามขึ้นด้วยค่ะ
ชอบที่มีบริการเครื่องซักผ้าหยอดเหรียญคอยอำนวยความสะดวกให้ค่ะ แต่ขออนุญาตฝากคำแนะนำถึงโรงแรมเพื่อปรับปรุงบริการส่วนนี้นิดนึงนะคะ พอดีไปใช้บริการแล้วพบว่ามีเศษกระดาษทิชชู่จากผู้เข้าพักท่านก่อนๆ ติดตามเสื้อผ้าออกมาค่อนข้างเยอะ (ตรวจสอบแล้วไม่ใช่ของตัวเองแน่นอนค่ะ) และผ้ามีกลิ่นอับเล็กน้อยจนต้องนำกลับมาซักซ้ำที่บ้านค่ะ เลยอยากเสนอแนะให้ทางโรงแรมช่วยเพิ่มรอบทำความสะอาด/ล้างถังซักผ้าหยอดเหรียญให้บ่อยขึ้น หรืออาจจะมีป้ายเตือนใจผู้ใช้บริการให้ตรวจสอบกระเป๋าเสื้อผ้าก่อนซัก จะช่วยให้บริการนี้ดีและประทับใจยิ่งขึ้นมากเลยค่ะ
