Very poor
Cons:

The staff was confused there is a customer, couldn't find the remote for the TV. No towels in the room. Had to go wet to the reception to get some. WiFi not working. All night long karaoke so loud, I could hear it even when having the TV on full loudness (after finding the remote myself). At 12.30am I went to complain about the music, which was not easy, as I first got ignored by the drunken crowd.
