PERFECT
Pros:

Pros:

施設はとても清潔で、アメニティも充実していた。
ホテルがある島に向かう船も頻繁に出ていたため、時間の調整がしやすかった。

Cons:

予め行きの船の乗船時間をホテル側に伝えていたが、一つ後の便にして欲しいと申し出があった。
もともと乗船時間を伝えていたのと、他には1組（2名）しかお客さんがいなかった事から予定通りの乗船時間に船に乗りたい旨を伝えて高雄事で、予定通りの船に乗船させてもらいました。
しかし、私たちの他に1組しかお客さんがいなかったのに…と疑問に思うと同時に不快に感じました。

Hidden gem with lots of potential
Pros:

Staff, facilities , location, design of resort, lay out of villa, speedboat service,

Lack of privacy at beach pool vila
Only one restaurant open during week days for dinner.
Beautiful tennis court with low quality rackets and balls
Maintenance of garden and beaches could be much better. Plastic clean up a must at all times!!( also on jungle trail)
Would have loved more local dishes on menu

Pros:

The property and the facilities are beautifully designed. A true 5 star stay.

The room service is world class, the staff are generally super nice.

Cons:

The resort is run by mostly 20-25 year olds, but we could feel the lack of leadership and presence, like true 5-star resorts normally have. We didn’t meet any manager.

This leads to mistakes, and loss of brand/feel, which is evident from:

1. Almost zero service at pool side
2. Some menus are printed on cheap plastic, mosquito spray comes in generic large containers, which are normally used for cleaning toilets.
3. Some of the Beach isn’t clean, plastics and bottles everywhere, in front of sea-front rooms costing $600+ per night.

All new and beautifully decorated. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Food really nice and very tasty beef lok lak.

Camera davvero bellissima, accogliente e molto spaziosa. Anche il bagno è ampio e ben organizzato, con una splendida vetrata sul giardino e una doccia enorme che rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.
Molto bella anche la piscina, grande e perfetta per rilassarsi. Menzione speciale per la spa: area curata e sauna/bagno turco di ottimo livello.
Il ristorante offre una buona scelta di piatti e prodotti di qualità. Ottima anche la colazione, con grande varietà e ingredienti di qualità. Il personale è sempre stato gentilissimo, attento e disponibile.

Cons:

Unica piccola pecca: non vengono organizzate escursioni a Ko Rong, un servizio che sarebbe stato davvero apprezzabile

Amazing stay!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at JATI Koh Russey. We booked a beachfront villa, which highly exceeded our expectations. There were several dining options, all offering high-quality food. The staff were all friendly and very attentive throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful place to relax!

Cons:

Being on an island, encounters with insects are possible. On our last day, ants entered our bedroom, but the staff handled the situation flawlessly, going above and beyond by quickly moving us to another villa and ensuring we were comfortable.

Séjour exceptionnel sur une île paradisiaque 🌴
Pros:

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à JATI sur Koh Russey. L’île est tout simplement idyllique, posée au cœur du golfe de Thaïlande, avec une atmosphère paisible et dépaysante.
Le personnel est remarquable : très nombreux, attentif, souriant et toujours aux petits soins. Le service est clairement au niveau d’un établissement de luxe.
Les équipements sont superbes, aussi bien dans la chambre que dans les espaces extérieurs. Notre bungalow était particulièrement bien conçu, très spacieux, élégant et confortable — on s’y sent immédiatement bien.
La piscine est magnifique, parfaitement intégrée dans le paysage. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la diversité des activités proposées : kayak, tennis, cours de yoga, fitness… il est possible d’alterner détente et activités sportives sans jamais s’ennuyer.

Cons:

Petit bémol néanmoins : l’eau de mer n’était pas très claire durant notre séjour, et les abords immédiats du complexe présentaient quelques déchets, probablement apportés par la mer. Cela reste toutefois extérieur à la qualité du service et des infrastructures de l’hôtel.

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour paradisiaque au Jati ! Notre chambre en front de mer était exceptionnelle, avec une vue magnifique et un cadre idéal pour se détendre.
Le personnel s’est montré très sympathique, attentif et à l’écoute tout au long de notre séjour. Nous craignions que les chambres proches de la piscine ne soient pas suffisamment calmes, alors nous avons pu obtenir une chambre plus éloignée, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
Finalement, nos craintes se sont révélées infondées : tout l’établissement respire la tranquillité, même aux abords de la piscine. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation !
