We are a family of four with two teenagers and we able to stay here comfortably.
Pros:

Location was great, 5 minute walk to Ueno Station. Plenty of food choices in the area. Very clean and helpful staff.

ロケーション、スタッフ、綺麗でおしゃれな施設

Cons:

お風呂場の風呂が少し汚れていた。見栄えではわからない程度だが、触ると、ツルツルしてる感じがなく、汚れがまだついてる感じだったので自分で洗った。

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Very well located, easily accessible to two big train stations. Having an elevator was great. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and left early in the morning, so it was convenient having 24hr staff.

Cons:

The pillows were very firm, even for Japanese standards. Some of us chose to use cushions instead of the pillows. Very compact, but had everything we needed. Wouldn't want to stay for an extended period.

ห้องพักกว้างขวาง คนไม่วุ่นวาย ไม่จอแจ เพราะอยู่คนละฝั่งถนนกับย่ายร้านอาหารของอุเอะโนะ แต่ว่าเดินแป๊บเดียวก็ถึงสถานี ห้องน้ำเป็นสัดส่วน แยกห้องส้วม ห้องอาบน้ำ อุปกรณ์ครัวสะอาด เหมือนไม่เคยผ่านการใช้งาน
พนักงานบางคนก็น่ารักมาก บางคนก็ดูเหนื่อยๆ แต่ภาพรวมถือว่าคอยให้ความช่วยเหลือดี
ข้างๆมีร้านอาหารเกาหลีอร่อย เจ้าของอัธยาศัยดีมาก

เวลาเช็คอินที่แบบเย็นมากๆ สำหรับใครที่ถึงที่พักเร็ว ต้องฝากกระเป๋าไว้ก่อน

Pros:

L’hotel est bien placé mais surtout très confortable, la chambre est spacieuse (beaucoup plus que ce que vous trouverez dans les hotels classiques au japon), extrêmement bien équipée et calme.
J’ai apprécié de pouvoir faire mes lessives et les faire secher en moins d’une nuit grace aux reglages possibles dans la salle de bain (il y a une
Piece baignoire qui sert aussi pour prendre les habits et les secher très rapidement sans que ce soit un seche linge).

Cons:

Ménage une seule fois pendant tout le séjour, au prix ou l’on paye j’ai trouve ça limite. Sachez que c’est surtout un appart hotel et non un vrai hotel, de ce fait il ne faut pas s’attendre à un quelconque service de la part du staff et il se peut qu’il n’y ait personne a la reception selon votre heure d’arrivée. Il n’est également pas possible
D’avoir de petit dejeuner ou autre service classique d’hotel du coup.
Je n’ai eu une clé de chambre alors que nous étions plusieurs, pas très pratique.

awesome hotel within walking distance of Oeno Park
Pros:

Staff was friendly, the room was spacious for the price, and everything was clean and in excellent condition.

Cons:

the only things we had trouble with were the lack of a clothes dryer, (after washing your clothes you need to dry you clothes with a fan in the shower), and the beds were a little stiff
