Great stay close to Ueno
Pros:

Clean, great location and super friendly staff (extra blanket provided on request). Super function of drying clothes in the bathroom - we made the most of the washing machine in the room!

Cons:

A little small for the 5 of us.

Would definitely stay again, plus the amenities were great. Too bad they didn't have an onsen.
Pros:

TOKI is on a small street in Ueno which is quiet and close to major temples, but far from Shinjuku. It was almost like a mini apartment and we had the ability to make dinner/breakfast although we didn't. My wife loved the washing machine and the ability to hang clothes from the balcony. We didn't like that you had to enter the apartment from an exterior door, although we all felt very safe and they had excellent double locks. For Tokyo, although I have only visited Japan this once, this seemed more than luxurious for a family of four, and we had lots of room which we appreciated, in addition to the tub, dinning area, and washing machine plus balcony.

Cons:

Getting on an elevator to then go outside to the entrance on the 9th floor - but overall we loved this set up and it was quiet, cozy and gave us room to spread out.

Très bonne hôtel
Pros:

Excellent rapport qualité-prix, très bon emplacement et établissement particulièrement propre. L’hôtel est bien équipé et parfaitement adapté aux familles.

Cons:

L’isolation acoustique pourrait être améliorée : nous entendions parfois les bruits provenant des chambres voisines et du couloir.

Recommandé pour les familles et appartement bien équipé
Pros:

J'ai apprécié vivre dans un appartement sympathique avec tous les équipements nécessaires notamment la machine à laver, un indispensable pour tout voyageur. Il y avait de l'espace, suffisamment grand pour notre famille de quatre personnes et le coût est moins élevé que prendre deux chambres dans d'autres hôtels. Il y a seulement deux appartements par palier, pas ce sentiment de foule d'hôtel. Le personnel était au petit soin, mention à eux pour leur gentillesse et la communication avant notre arrivée qui était parfaite. Il y a un grand supermarché pas très loin, très pratique à 6mn de marche, Takeya avec du choix et des prix nettement plus abordables que les konbinis ou don quijote et autres (avec tax free possible). Il y a également un 7 Eleven juste à côté pour les achats d'appoint. Cet hôtel ne paie pas de mine mais c'est le meilleur qu'on ait pris sur les quatre hôtels de notre séjour. Bref recommandé.

Cons:

C'est plus une remarque : les métros sont à 8-9mn, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça mais ça peut poser des problèmes à d'autres. Il y a au moins à côté deux stations très pratiques : Ueno station et Okachimachi station.

Pros:

房間很乾淨，接待人員很親切。地點方便，走路5-10到地鐵站，附近有便利超商和很多餐廳。但是很安靜，不會吵雜。推薦家庭旅遊。
