وأكثر ميزة للفندق الشيف أحمد حيث كانت وجبة الإفطار مثاليه تناسب أكثر العرب من تبولة وحمص وفطاير زعتر وبيتزا ولديهم ركن خاص لمحبين عصير الديتوكس خضروات وبجانبها عصارة ولديهم منيو لمطعم هندي جربنا التوم يوم والساتي والتكامسالا وسندويتش فلافل ممتاز، جميعها كانت جيدة، بصفة عامة مطعمهم جيد مقارنة بغيره

Very nice hotel but late checkout was not provided as promised.

Cons:

The room and breakfast were very good but one aspect was very disappointing. My flight home out of Phuket was not until 11.00 pm. I specifically booked this hotel because late check out at 3.00 pm was included. However, when I arrived to check in, I was told late check out was not available because the hotel was full. While the staff member I dealt with was lovely, I was very unhappy about this as the only reason I had booked this hotel was because it included late checkout. If I had known late checkout wasn't included, I would have booked elsewhere. I have paid for something that was promised but not provided. Very bad service.
