New but soul-less
Pros:

The pool and gym are good but there's no where to sit around the pool cos there only a few seats and sunbeds.
The apartment is new but soul-less.
The kitchen is not very well equipped to actually prepare or cook anything. And there's no proper supermarket other than at Mont Kiara Plaza.
