Would stay again but parking is a nightmare especially if you decide to leave the property on a Saturday evening

Surprisingly the best accomadation I have found in Birmingham
Pros:

Everything it was modern, very clean, beds were super comfy. Thick quality towels. I didn't expect much as everywhere i stay in Birmingham hotels and air b&bs are always run down a nothing like described. And because this isn't a big chain I expected the same but was pleasantly surprised

When i arrived staff at reception wasnt very greeting and had abit of a attitude asked for extra pillows and staff wasnt very fourthcoming but morning staff was lovely bathroom was clean apart from the toilet wasnt very clean spent the first hour up and down trying to sort the TV and other things out also hot drink facilities was in the room but no spoon or anything to stir drinks wasnt the best
