Clean, comfortable rooms, great location and friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Comfortable, clean rooms in a great location, with very accommodating staff. Our room was initially on the third floor, but unfortunately the lift was out of order, which was difficult for my sister due to her back problems. The staff were helpful and moved us to a room on the first floor, which we really appreciated 😁

Cons:

We couldn’t find anything we didn’t like about the property.

Cons:

Arrive at the hotel 15 minutes early. Firstly had to fill out a piece of paper, which I found weird as hotels usually don’t require you to sign paperwork on arrival. Secondly the maid went out the back and smoked cigarettes then came back in leaving the waitress by area smelling like stale smoke.i was adamant on leaving if my room smelt like stale cigarettes. Thirdly the lift was out of order. My room was the top floor! Very inconvenient. The stairs were also really small and narrow making it difficult to carry stuff up. For rely

Overall I found the stay to my liking, good value for money, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

I wasn’t aware that breakfast was provided.
If we hadn’t had someone with us who knew where it was we might have struggled a bit to find it. But now we know we will definitely be using it again.

Cons:

The lift was out of order so climbing two flights of stairs with suitcases wasn’t ideal.

For the price I was expecting a small basic room. It was spacious with a large bed, large walk-in shower, plenty of clean white towels and toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities
