Peaceful stay, no disturbance. Disable access and lift to all floors
Pros:

The Hotel Liv, is an excellent hotel. Clean, good, respectful and reliable staff. Free Wifi, free parking space. It is difficult to locate but overall the hotel is excellent

Pros:

The entrance was fine, modern and pleasant. The room was okay a good size but in the morning when i showered the drain was quite smelly. The receptionist and security guard were really helpful.

Cons:

The drain smell in the shower cubicle which on reflection was in the room as well.

Would recommend despite challenges
Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

There was considerable noise from other guests which kept me awake until about 3.00am. They were slamming doors, moving furniture around in the room above me which disturbed my sleep. There wasn't a hair dryer in the room.

Pros:

The staff were very nice and accommodating. They have tried their best to rectify what they have messed up in the first place.

Cons:

The room we were given was not the one we were supposed to get and had a faulty front door that kept on beeping all night long. The couch that was supposed to be the bed for the third person we had with us was broken. The entire hotel needs maintenance. There were holes in the walls and very poor maintenance throughout.

Amazing beautiful hotel
Pros:

I will always be grateful to all the staff at hotel liv for looking after us, we visited on several occasions while a loved one was receiving end of life care at QEH . All staff were very friendly and done everything to make us feel welcome and safe. We will forever be grateful thank you x kelly and Caz xx
