Pros:

The rooms and entrance area was absolutely spotless.
Staff were all so friendly and helpful.
Parking is a plus as cannot park on the road.

Stay in Scarborough
Pros:

Awesome staff; they're always smiling and helpful. I can't find anything wrong with any of them. The service was way better than I expected.

I've, never been to Scarborough, but will definitely be back.
Pros:

Everything was just perfect, staff lovely, I asked for a slightly later checkout which wasn't a problem. We ate our meals there which were lovely and very reasonably priced.

I will opt to choose to stay here in the future but book a larger room.
Pros:

the staff were excellent and the location with the view was great.

Cons:

the single bed room was very small and i had very little leg room. However it was very warm and clean.

Lovely place
Pros:

Staff very pleasant and helpful..room was lovely bed very comfortable..shower powerful ..breakfast was very nice and plenty of choice

Just the lift that only went to the second floor ..the stairs was too much for my husband up to the 3rd floor ..

All in all would definitely stay again… but probably leave the dogs in the car 😆
Pros:

Great location, freshly renovated and very nicely done. Comfy bed with nice linen, standard room is small but perfectly adequate. Great shower in our room only issue was the vent fan… very very loud, turned it off as it must have been annoying to other rooms as well as ours!
Staff really friendly and helpful, a pleasure to meet. Nice breakfast in the new basement breakfast room/bistro.. nice location with a roof lantern so you don’t feel like you’re in the cellar.
Great location & views over North Bay, with free hotel specific parking close by but limited spaces so check in early.. 10 spots

Cons:

Price was reasonable apart from the dog charge, we have 2 who sleep on the beds we bring with us but cost £25 each per night…. We expect to pay but that’s pushing the boundaries a little.

Very clean great location

Cons:

Room very very small unable to walk around the bed marks along the wall where you've had to squeeze in. No mirror in the room , or table for tea and coffee facilities you have to climb over the bed to get the kettle .

Attractive and comfortable room with a great Seaview, but avoid the restaurant.
Pros:

The room was small but the sea view made up for it, and it was extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and we really appreciated being able to access the room when we arrived a couple of hours in advance of the required check-in time.

Cons:

We chose to eat out evening meal in the hotel. Since there were few guests places were set in the bar. The menu was limited to typical pub food. Two choices included chicken but they had sold out, which was a surprise. Fortunately both the fish and chips and burger were very tasty. However, the extremely bright main lighting and inappropriate music spoiled our overall enjoyment. There were candles on the table but they weren't lit and, while country music - and particularly Dolly Parton - is fine for a public event it's not a good fit for a small restaurant.

Lovely and relaxing hotel in a prime location
Pros:

After searching for a well earned night away, I often get overwhelmed with searching for a nice place to stay - if this is you I would definite recommend this hotel. We loved the location, staff were really helpful and attentive. It maybe worth upgrading your room if you like space but some of the sea views in the smaller rooms are fantastic
