Pros:

Friendly and very helpful staff couldn't do enough for us. Always happy and willing to have a conversation if we visit Scarborough again this is where we would stay.

Pros:

Excellent location and free parking included. Rooms were clean and comfy. Lovely and warm which eas great for this time of the year.

Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Less than 10mins walk to main shops and bars. Lovely beach right outside but down a steepish incline.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

I wouldn’t return because of the breakfast situation which was both exclusive and hazardous
Pros:

Good location with beautiful views and very clean

Cons:

It said it was dog friendly but no dog bowls or any facilities in the room- had to feed the dog off a plastic bag on the floor. For breakfast, I’d to leave the dog in the bar area tied to a table leg, then walk down two flights of stairs to get my breakfast then carry it back up two flights of stairs. I’d to do this three times for fruit/cereal, cooked breakfast then toast and hot drinks

Great stay, very pleasant helpful staff and a lovely view from our room.
Pros:

Breakfast was fabulous. Lovely fresh fruit (including strawberries!) and a nice selection of hot food. They even had Earl Grey tea. Lovely view from the window of our room. Nice comfortable shower with large rubber mat for safety

Cons:

Could have done with a little more shelf space in the bathroom.

This hotel is a wonderful place with gorgeous sea view rooms.
Pros:

The hotel was warm, comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful, positive, friendly, efficient and professional. The breakfast was delicious.

Pros:

Staff were excellent, clean and tidy hotel and good food, it also had a carpark which is becoming a must for me

Quiet , clean rooms . Amazing breakfast , only thing not gluten free were hash browns on the hot breakfast choice and gluten free bread and cereal ( and a separate toaster ! ) brilliant !

Pros:

Location, recently renovated comfortable room

Cons:

Despite being advertised as having a restaurant, it was closed. Breakfast was served as a buffet, it was adequate.

Lovely warm friendly clean hotel in a great location
Pros:

Lovely view from the room, breakfast was great, location great and very clean. Parking a real bonus

Cons:

Lift wasn't working on the first day and no offer of help considering we had luggage and dogs to get to the third floor
