Great location
Staff are friendly to pets but I wouldn’t call the hotel pet friendly (accepts pets).
No water bowls, no pets in dinning area And £25 per night per pet.
Apart from this it was a very nice stay and would deff go back , but without furry friend.

Really nice hotel, well located. Had a lovely view from our room of the sea, only interacted with the receptionist but she was lovely and really friendly.
The room let in a little bit too much light for me it woke up a few times and the lamppost was right outside the room. We asked to switch rooms as we had a bigger one at first but it was on the ground floor and had a spot light beaming in so I can imagine if I stayed in that one it may have been worse for light.
Also was abit confusing with the onsite parking. You can park on the street outside the hotel after 7pm (it’s disc permits before that) the lady told us to pop a disc in our car while we get our baggage then the car can be moved round the back where there’s a carpark but we could find a car park unless it was one situated more into the centre, so we just drove in the centre had a wonder and return after 7pm to park outside.
Breakfast was very good. Hotel had recently been refurbished to a high standard. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
There was no lift to our floor. This was my error as I should have checked before booking.
Great staff could not do enough to help .Excellent location easy walk to both bays and town.
There were some silly issues with things falling off walls but fixed as soon as reported
Great location - prospective F and B manager very good.
The sound proof is proofing between our room (no37) and the adjoining room was appalling. We could hear their conversation and listen to their TV - they were not loud just no sound insulation between rooms.
