I’m for sure a repeat customer
Pros:

I loved how clean everything was it was very professional very clean and good environment. Very good value.

Cons:

If I want to be nitpicky, I could say the room could have a little bit more light in it. The lights seem to be very dim they wouldn’t go all the way.

A bit of a walk from the strip and that we were not told it was privately owned so no housekeeping no laundry no extra sheets for the spare bed although pillows were brought up

Overall really good besides the checking in part/wrong room
Pros:

I liked the tub but it could’ve been cleaner. I liked my view. Staff was prompt and friendly

Cons:

The pool closest to me was closed and I initially got checked into a room that already looked occupied.
Had to go back downstairs and call the third party number for help and after driving all day it was irritating

Moving forward, I’ll never book this type of stay.
Pros:

I liked the location and the hotel. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

I didn’t like the idea of the hotel service not being available to accommodate us. I was told that if I needed anything or accommodations than I should speak to my host, which I didn’t know that I booked through a private hotel room owner, but nonetheless I wouldn’t do it again.

I found the pull out couch to be unclean with left over crumbs and paper once I opened it. I asked the host if they would be able to have it cleaned and they stated to me that the room was already cleaned.

My perspective is that, cleanliness is subjective and for 900 dollars it wasn’t clean enough for me and should have been accessible to me. The room was also in my opinion surface cleaned, because the bases were dusty, the freezer had spots of food splattered on it and the window had hand prints and bbq sauce on it. I didn’t even bother asking for more toilet paper; I just borrowed from my relatives who were staying at the MGM Grand.

The request to be cleaned was not outrageous on my opinion but it would have been appreciated.

Dispute of Deception
Pros:

Time spent with family.

Cons:

I didn't receive the room I reserved. The deep, hot tub was unclean, yet the hotel ratings were 9.5, and the room was smaller than on the broushure. Only one good king bed, no queen bed as stated in the reservation. The sofa bed was just a small mat, and it was hard and uncomfortable. Total disappointment 😞
