Pros:

Very reasonable price, staff was friendly, quiet place to stay , and huge rooms to stay in.

Cons:

It depends on what you are looking for, but this place is really away from from the main tourist attractions and so it takes a little more time, effort, and money to get to places of interest if that's something of importance to you. Also, Because of being on the opposite side of the river than many of the main tourist sites , I noticed that taxis charged more to pick up in that area than what I would have expected. During my month in Bangkok i stayed at 4 different hotels ( I wanted to experience the different vibes of the area ) and I think that it is worth mentioning this because although the ree riverside wasn't the furthest place from the city I stayed during my vacation , it was definitely the one I was charged the most for when it came to taxis. Bare in mind, this is Thailand so nothing here is super expensive but in comparison to other places transportation will cost more. Now I will say it was nice to be in an area where more of the locals lived, which made things like food and services less expensive than in the main tourist areas , however by the end of my stay there I had determined that what I saved in nightly rates and food I made up for in Grab (taxi) fees. Lastly, as others have suggested there does seem to be an ant problem there.

Pros:

The price point and the friendly welcoming staff. The rooms were spacious enough for us.

Cons:

The beds were hard I found this to be the case everywhere I stayed while in thailand. the TV setup was not like the other places we stayed in and we found it hard to use.
The bathroom was small and you were pretty much ontop of the toilet while showering then had to sweep the water into the corner. Location was 25 minutes up to any of the tourist activities/ shopping centers.
We were given 6 towels and pillows and had 8 people and the blankets and pillows for the extra beds didnt smell clean. The neighbourhood is undeveloped but we didnt mind as it gave a different experience.

it was overall a good stay. i would recommend people to stay and it is definitely budget friendly.
Pros:

The Ac was really good and comforting. it was chilling in our rooms. the decor of the rooms was also pleasant we liked it. the owner was very kind i really liked her. she was so humble and nice.

Cons:

the only thing i didn't liked was the quanity of the food they serve. its really too less. i mean in whole of the thailand the quantity overall is less but in this hotel the quantity was super less. we were quite shocked to see the quantity. and the prices was usual prices like the outside restaurants.

Pros:

Готель чистий, матрац зручний, великі вікна , в центрі, вечорами поряд фуд- корт де можна купити смачну їжу. Ціна-якість супер. Прожив в ньому місяць і в слідуючий раз виберу тільки його. Рекомендую усім! Власниця приємна жінка.

Great value!
Pros:

My room was huge and clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful. I stayed for 36 days. There are 2, 7-11 stores right around the corner in a busy little authentic area, full of street food and near a busy street so you can grab a taxi to many attractions not far. The price was so affordable for the length of time I stayed, and it really felt like home.
