Great place to stay. Parking could’ve been better

Felt like a personal apartment and not like a hotel

Cons:

The parking set up. You had to pay for parking at a parking deck About two minutes walking distance from the property. Each time you entered the parking deck was a new charge for parking and validation was only offered once.

Amazing value for money, super friendly staff, gorgeous rooms
Pros:

This is the second time we stayed at The Continental and is unbelievable vale for money! The location is perfect, very central but not noisy at night, the staff is always very friendly and the rooms are large, very clean and gorgeous.

Cons:

The only constructive feedback we have is that the online check-in process does not work well with passports and in the bathroom, it would be great to have a couple of extra hangers for the towels.

При заселении не смогли попасть на территорию отеля, так как на ресепшене никого не было, входные двери были закрыты. На наш телефонный звонок в отель, представитель ответил, что заселить в забронированный нами номер в виду отсутствия свободного нет возможности. Предложили в замен за ту же стоимость номер, стоивший значительно дешевле и был значительно хуже забронированного нами первоначально или отказаться от брони с уплатой штрафа в размере стоимости суток проживания по условиям брони.

Nice and reasonably priced
Pros:

I loved the location, the concept, and the accessibility to downtown, as well as the long-term parking I paid for nearby. Besides, the price was very good too.

Cons:

They could do better with clear communication. I was not let into the hotel immediately even though I had paid in full and had communicated several days before that I was coming from overseas after a 15-hour journey. They decided to withhold access codes for the security deposit (bear in mind I booked for 7 nights), which in my opinion could have been resolved easily. Also, the website they use for requesting the security deposit looks sketchy, so I refused to provide my credit card information. It would be better if they allowed Booking.com to take the deposits.
Additionally, some staff members are just terrible. A lady (sadly, I didn't get her name) refused cleaning services during my stay. She kept promising they would clean until I met a guy who was pretty chill and helpful, and he ordered it right away. (All along, I only needed waste bin disposal.)
If road noise and street lights are issues for you, avoid the apartments facing the road. I sleep very deeply so that didn't bother me, though the AC vent noise was just too loud.

Super Appartement
Pros:

Neu renoviertes Gebäude, neue Appartements mit super Ausstattung und sehr sauber, sehr komfortable Grösse. Zutritt mit PIN funktioniert super. Im Haus selbst ist es sehr ruhig. Sogar Waschmaschinen-Tabs und Geschirrspüler-Tabs werden bereitgestellt. Lage sehr gut für Sightseeing etc., grosse und günstige Parkgarage ist ebenfalls in der Nähe.
