POOL IS WAAAAY TOO HOOOOT 😩🥵🥵🥵

Location, staff. Roberto and Raul? ( i think thats his name, not quite sure) were so helpful , pleasant and professional.

Cons:

The SWIMMING POOL IS WAAAAY TOO HOT!!! It’s virtually unbearable!!! I really like to swim but on a hot day swimming in a bathtub is gross. I would stay longer , i like to hang out by the pool and relax, but the temperature of the water is so unrefreshing, i need to find another hotel, unfortunately i like this hotel , not located in a hyper busy location, staff( except for one ) are GREAT , but the pool thing is just not working for me. To be sure , ive been to many hotels, all over the world and PV and this by FAR is the hottest pool ive ever been in.

Cons:

Que nunca vinieron a limpiar el cuarto y que el agua de la regadera solo salia hirviendo y nunca lo pudieron arreglar. Que no tienen teléfonos en la habitación para poder comunicarte con recepción.
