京都を感じてゆったり過ごせる居心地の良い宿
Pros:

ファミリールームに滞在しました。広さは充分。四人家族にオススメです。トイレ別、バスタブあり、洗い場あり、洗面台2つ。洗面台のところに扉があり、脱衣場+洗濯機、物干しラックあり。夜洗濯して、朝には軽い洗濯物は乾いていました。部屋にあるお茶のセットは京都のもので揃えられていてこだわりを感じます。また、スタッフの方は観光地への行き方もしっかり把握されているので助かりました。バスが混んでいたので地下鉄のみで辿り着けるか、道は歩きやすいか、など。Google情報だけではない分かりやすくさでした。朝食もおいしく、和定食にも洋定食にもできるよう構成されていました。私は西京焼きを選びましたが、お魚も副菜のしろあえやごま和えも美味しかったです。また、朝から湯豆腐が食べられるのも京都を感じて嬉しかったです。子どもたちはラウンジの駄菓子に夢中でした。また泊まりたいです。

Cons:

ラウンジに緑茶や紅茶があるとさらに最高でした。近くに素晴らしい和菓子のお店もありますし、ゲストに英国の方といらしたので、ぜひご健闘をお願いしたいです。あとはアメニティにボディークリームがあれば嬉しいです。

最高でした！
Pros:

ラウンジで美味しいコーヒーやソフトドリンクや駄菓子をいただけたので何度か利用させていただき、子供も喜んでいました。
お部屋も広くとても快適でリラックスできたので、観光でたくさん歩いて疲れた後ホテルに帰るのも楽しみでした。
あとは家族４人で2泊だったのでいつもの旅行ならたくさんの洗濯物を持ち帰りますが、お部屋の洗濯乾燥機が使えて最高でした。
立地も落ち着いている場所で静か、周りに美味しそうな飲食店がたくさんあり、お店を選ぶのも楽しくどこも美味しかったです。

Cons:

洗面所やトイレへの扉が重く、最大限に開いても止まらずに閉まってしまうので、洗面所やトイレの出入りが多いと少しだけ疲れるかもしれません。

The Hanare went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We would highly recommend!!
Pros:

We had the absolute best time at Hanare. The staff was amazing and so thoughtful. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the lobby, with all it's amenities! It was in a great location as well!

Pros:

The room size was really nice. They had given facilities like washing machine as well which was very helpful. The staff was very cordial and pleasant.

Cons:

While the hotel provides the option of "requesting for cleaning" but basic cleaning should be carried out even if the guests havnt asked for it or else it was causing allergy.

Good 3 star hotel
Pros:

The hotel room was huge, with a small kitchenette, a separate toilet, and even a washing machine in the bathroom, a present with tea and coffee. Very sweet!
However, since I’m used to sleeping in complete darkness, I struggled a lot because the window next to the bed couldn’t be covered. Every other window could—except that one. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the duvets far too warm. Unfortunately, the kindness of the staff couldn’t make up for the discomfort of the bed. Breakfast was at the level of a 3-star hotel. In summary: the hotel feels like a 3-star property, but the price is meant for an excellent 4-star one. Quite the discrepancy! 😝

This hotel is perfect - welcoming, comfortable, beautiful, and convenient.
Pros:

When we arrived, we were greeted by name and shown to a table in the lovely lobby to sit down and review the terms of the hotel stay and sign the needed papers. We were offered a cup of tea, presented with a welcome gift, and given a guide to the hotel amenities in English, which is our first language. The staff made us feel like honored guests. Our room was immaculate and contained a separate living space with a kitchenette. They provided an electric kettle, real dishes, silverware, refrigerator with a small freezer, and a microwave. The shower room was amazing with both a tub, a fantastic rain shower, and a detachable shower head. Also in this shower room was an all in one washing machine - such a wonderful surprise! The separate bathroom was perfect with a motion sensor on the light. Both the bedroom and the living area contained a mini-split heating and cooling unit for ideal temperatures. A dehumidifier/ air purifier unit was also available. They provided cotton pajamas, house slippers, and two pillows per bed. The large beds were very comfortable as were the pillows and bed linens. We did not use the television, but there was a very large screen television in the living area. We had multiple options for room cleaning service each day. The lobby had small snacks and sake available from 1pm-9pm, and had a coffee machine and soda station open most of the day. The also provided many toiletry items in the lobby. All of the staff here went above and beyond to assist guests. In particular, Kuniaki Moribe helped us considerably in making a reservation and recommendations for restaurant. Another front desk officer who had so warmly greeted us on our arrival ( I am sorry I failed to learn his name) also went out of his way to ensure that we were able to locate a barbershop for my father. I was truly touched, and felt so lucky that we had chosen this hotel. It was the best place we stayed during our entire trip to Japan.

Cons:

Instructions for the washing machine and microwave in other languages could be helpful, but we were able to figure it out using a translate app with no difficulty.
