Excellent beds, great experience, very comfortable, friendly staff.
Pros:

The most comfortable beds we ever stayed in. Friendly, functional, clean. Very warm welcome by the staff (with a complimentary tea set). Tea, coffee, drinks, snacks and complimentary convenience items in the lobby.

Highly recommend this hotel! Absolutely loved it.
Pros:

Nice size for a hotel in Japan, the biggest I have stayed at so far in this area. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I got sick during my trip and the staff was nice enough to help me find a nearby clinic which was a huge help! A big bonus was the washer/dryer machine in the room.

Great accommodation, luxury feel without the price.
Pros:

Location, short walk to major shopping district. Great bakeries/coffee shops near by.
Room, we had the two single, double sofa bed (comfy) heaps of room for 4 adults and large suitcases. The bathroom was fabulous and after a day of walking it was nice to have a soak in the bath tub (full size). The shower great pressure.
Loved the friendly, helpful staff.

Wunderbar eingerichtetes Hotel mit Wohlfühltouch!
Pros:

Das Personal hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheissen, man hat uns einen Tee angeboten und das in der Empfangshalle zur Verfügung stehende Verpflegungsangebot erklärt. Zu jeder Zeit konnte man sich dort mit heissem Kaffee, kalten Getränken und Snacks und zu bestimmten Zeiten mit Sake oder Wein vom Buffet bedienen. Ein Angebot, das wir sehr geschätzt haben. Das Interieur ist edel, wunderbare Materialien und Farben wurden verwendet. Einige Bonsai schmücken die Reception, was einen tollen fernöstlichen Touch gibt. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Erwachsene für 3 Nächte gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und optimal eingerichtet: genügend Kleiderbügel und Platz, um die Jacken aufzuhängen. Sogar eine Waschmaschine gab es im Zimmer, die wir genutzt haben. Die Amenities waren gut sortiert und einfach perfekt. Man könnte mit kleinem Gepäck anreisen, da sogar Schlafanzüge im Zimmer bereitlagen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden, fühlten uns im Zimmer sehr wohl. Grüntee, Kaffee und Süssigkeiten im Zimmer werden immer geschätzt und waren in diesem Hotel vorhanden. Wir sind per Shinkansen/U Bahn angereist und haben vom Hotel aus zu Fuss verschiedene Attraktionen besichtigt.

We loved our stay at this hotel!
Pros:

Facilities were very nice, comfortable beds, and the room was extremely spacious even for American standards. The shower (specifically the Refa showerhead) was incredible, they even sell the showerhead in the lobby lol. The bathrooms are also equipped with a Refa blow dryer, and Refa shampoo/cond/bodywash, which they also sell in the lobby along with other Refa products (really nice Japanese brand). Free sake in the lobby which was fun to try. Neighborhood was quiet and very nice to walk around, lots of cute shops, restaurants, bars. Very close to a subway station. Breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

While we loved the neighborhood, it was a little farther of a walk to many of the sights we were seeing if we weren't taking the subway (but, it was still in walking distance to everything). Also, the light in the toilet room was on a motion sensor and would turn off very quickly, would be better if guests can just turn on/off the light themselves. The couch was EXTREMELY hard, like sitting down on a rock.
