Hotel muy bonito, con mucho estilo, de diseño, cama grande y súper cómoda, ducha amplia, sin ruido y a solo 5 minutos andando de la playa de punta Zicatela. Se aparca en la puerta. Los puesto en la puerta de cada habitación son perfectos para relajarse afuera.

Cons:

La piscina no tenía un aspecto demasiado cuidado, varios focos de dentro estaban caídos y la ropa de los camastros de fuera se veían también “usados”, quizás por el color oscuro de la arena de la playa, no implica a que volvería al hotel pero son aspectos a mejorar para tener un 10 en vez de un 9.

Excellent hotel for La Punta Puerto Escondido
Pros:

Awesome place for a couple. 5 mins walk from La punta with beach and lots of bars/restaurants
Comfortable bed and facilities
Would go back
Welcome cocktail was delicious
Most luxurious bathroom with giant plants

Cons:

Due to Puerto Escondido growing construction noises could be heard on occasion but not too early or late
We booked the private pool room which was lovely but it could have been cleaner or maybe have a net that can be used throughout the day by the guests.

An exceptional boutique hotel in a great location with lovely staff.
Pros:

The location is ideal- away from the noisy main street but within easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Our room had a quiet and efficient air conditioner so it was easy to sleep at night. The staff were very friendly and Eric in particular. He fixed breakfast for us each of the 8 days we were staying and the fruit bowl was delicious and very good value.

Cons:

There was no information pack in the room but we soon figured out everything that we needed to know.

Pros:

Casa Umi is a beautiful boutique hotel in La Punta, walkable distance to the beach and restaurants, but still quiet located and perfect to relax. The hotel and rooms have a beautiful clean design, perfect to also just enjoy the day at the pool.

Precies wat ik hoopte én nog beter!
Pros:

De locatie! Casa Umi zit net uit de drukte maar op loop afstand van waar je wilt zijn! Het ligt super goed gelegen, geen bouwwerkers om je heen en alles is op loopafstand, echt heerlijk!

A few kinks to work out but would recommend staying. 8/10.
Pros:

The pool needs some TLC. It was a bit cloudy and there was a light in the pool that needed repair (exposed wiring). Other than that the hotel was pretty amazing. The location was ideal (5 min walking to the hustle and bustle of town but far enough away that it was quiet and relaxing). The staff was super friendly and accommodating (they also make a delicious iced americano). The property is new and has been updated and furnished nicely.

Cons:

Could use some pool TLC and some furniture on the outdoor balconies. Also the hot water in our shower was a bit wonky. All and all was a good stay and would stay again.

Jesus and Eric being super helpful with anything. Beautiful property and close to the beach however no noise from the bars. Perfect location we’ll come again.

Our new favorite spot
Pros:

The staff was amazing!! So warm so welcoming. The room was so comfy I didn’t want to leave. The whole property was peaceful, close to everything and very very clean.
