Enjoyed the stay. It was a bit noisy facing the street.
Pros:

The location was great, reception was helpful and the breakfast was great. The room was comfortable and the fans helped against the heat.

Cons:

We had a street facing room and the noise levels went on till very late / early morning.

De plek van het hotel is heel goed, je bent midden in het centrum.

Cons:

Het was lastig om langs het bed de badkamer in te komen. Dat was wat krap.

Pros:

Rien à dire. Parfait. Une âme, une fois encore dans cet hôtel indépendant. Une des maisons doyennes d'Arras parfaitement restaurée. Parking gigantesque en bas de l'hôtel.
Petit déjeuner simple mais complet. Personnel présent et accueillant. Très agréable séjour.

Unfortunately due to the heat and the room being on the 3rd floor we were put in the annexe instead of the hotel.

Great location for a stopover in Arras
Pros:

Brilliant location on one of the big squares. Parking right opposite ( 16euros for a night)
Very friendly & helpful staff

Cons:

A kettle in the room is always welcome. Maybe a bottle of water?
