Perfect location but room too small
Pros:

The location was perfect. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable and only 1 pillow, and not much space to move around. No aircon which made the room hot.

Fantastische prijs kwaliteit verhouding hartje centrum
Pros:

Leuk authentiek hotel, midden in het historische stadscentrum van het historische Atrecht.

Onze kamers waren authentiek ingericht met veel donker hout en leuke lokale historische prints aan de muur. We keken uit op het plein met terrasjes. Dat was leuk en desondanks hebben we geen last gehad van geluid 's nachts.

Het gebouw zelf is authentiek en bijzonder; het enige originele gebouw aan het plein, de rest is gerestaureerd of opnieuw opgebouwd.

Sfeervol is het daardoor wel en de staf is supervriendelijk!

Er was gratis water toen wij er waren (wellicht een extra service omdat het erg heet was).

Er is een prima badkamer met douche.

Parkeren kan voor de deur, op het plein, of ij de garage daaronder. Het is betaald, maar niet in het weekend.

Cons:

De kamergrootte was wat klein, voor slapen is het perfect, voor vrije tijd is het terras binnen of buiten leuker.

Het interieur doet wat oud en klassiek aan, met veel donker hout en relatief kleine en donkere kamers.

Op de kamers is geen minibar en ook geen waterkoker.

Charming hotel in Central Arras
Pros:

Central location with fab view across square. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Large room and the provision of three fans in the room.

Cons:

The room was charming but even with three fans it was still very hot. My husband found the shower curtain unusually long, but for me it wasn't a problem :)

It’s my second time there - so nothing more to say !
Pros:

Traditional. Beautiful old building. Ideally situated.

Cons:

The beams in the bedroom are beautiful and you have done your best with hazard tape ( which indeed is not beautiful!) . However , in my bedroom (53?) I hit my head twice ( the second time quite hard in fact ) . It is not your fault.. but maybe think about some reconfiguration of furniture maybe to avoid this problem?
