Très bon établissement. Un petit effort pour ajuster le lit à la taille de la chambre.
Pros:

La localisation dans les centre d'Arras, l'accueil du personnel, la qualité de la literie, le calme, surtout dans le bâtiment sur cour. La possibilité d'utiliser un ascenseur pour les personnes ayant des difficultés de mobilité.

Cons:

La taille excessive du lit par rapport à la taille de la chambre qui gênait la circulation tout autour et empêchait de poser ses valises (impossible de poser un porte bagage par manque de place), la taille minuscule de la salle d'eau et des toilettes.
Café machine au petit déjeuner. Dommage de ne pas avoir de café frais

Leuk hotel op een prima locatie. Vriendelijk personeel!
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer met heerlijke bedden. Top locatie met parkeergelegenheid in de garage voor de deur. Arras heeft een leuk centrum waar je bij aankomst nog even lekker doorheen kunt slenteren. Het hotel zelf is het oudste gebouw aan het plein. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Er was een zoemgeluid in de kamer; misschien van de afzuiging? We konden niets uitzetten en het sluiten van de WC- en badkamerdeur hielp ook niet.

Lovely Comfortable traditional 🇫🇷 style hotel
Pros:

Central location.
Full of character hotel which hasn’t been over-modernised. By that I mean it’s clean and very comfortable, but retains things like the windows opening, warm without being oppressively hot with fan noise etc.
The staff were delightful and helpful.
The mattress on the bed was the best I have stayed on in months of travelling.
A very central location.
Quiet at night.
Very dog friendly.
Parking just outside, and was free on a Sunday.
The local town was buzzing with Sunday afternoon and early evening life, there was even a noisy English punk-type band playing outside a bar. Not my taste ( or the dogs) but fun to watch the local ravers!
The platter of cheeses and hams I had for supper at the hotel was delicious and excellent value.
Very convenient for travel to Calais from Mont Blanc Tunnel.

Perfecte locatie voor een paar dagjes Arras.
Pros:

Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kregen gratis flesjes water mee voor onze dagtochten. Het ontbijt was prima, er was voldoende keuze.
Het hotel is een beetje oudbollig, maar is schoon, de bedden zijn goed en de douche was heerlijk.
Een heel goede locatie op het centrale plein. Parkeren voor de deur's avonds vrij, maar overdag kon je vrij dichtbij gratis parkeren.
Perfecte locatie voor een paar dagen Arras. Zeker een aanrader!

A piece of old France!
Pros:

A little piece of old France - a simple hotel on the main square, nice and quiet. Good breakfast, and it seems you can eat outside in summer. Bars and restaurants all around the square nearby, and also in adjacent squares. It was also really easy to get to by car from the motorway, a relief to us as we prefer not to drive on holiday and try to avoid complex routes, but had to bring our car this time. The staff were all really pleasant and helpful
