Mitten am Hauptplatz, zentral gelegen.
Pros:

Mitten am Hauptplatz gelegenes Hotel. Das Älteste Haus in der Stadt, einfach cool. Unser Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück war typisch französisch, es hat nichts gefehlt. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Sehr gute Unterkunft um Arras kennen zu lernen.
Pros:

Tolle Lage um die Stadt zu besichtigen und zu geniessen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location, new management are doing an excellent job!
Pros:

We've stayed here before: the location is fantastic and it's a lovely old building. It's now under new management: they've kept what was good, renovated it nicely and *massively* improved the breakfast offering.

A very friendly and professional welcome.
Pros:

We stayed for only one night on our way back to the UK and found all the staff to be very welcoming and friendly, some who gave very good advice with excellent English. While we there we discovered that ‘Les Trois Luppars’ was the oldest building in Arras and it certainly has character! It is definitely quirky, and though our room wasn’t huge it had everything we needed, with lots of hot water and fluffy towels. Breakfast which was continental in style, had a variety of items and is taken in either the separate breakfast room or the interesting small courtyard area.

Cons:

Our only concerns were linked to the slight noise in the corridors, often as a result of heavy fire doors, the key locking systems and the bleeping from the lift. This was a minor issue though, along with an ineffective hairdryer for people with long hair, but despite these small things we would happily stay at ‘Les Trois Luppars’ again.

Hôtel très bien situé, sur la grand place, mais au calme. Chambre et locaux très propres.
Personnel très aimable. Bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Mais chambre donnait sur le rez de chaussée, sur la cour où les clients peuvent prendre un verre ou leur petit déjeuner.
Je n'ai pas eu à subir de désagréments lors de mon séjour, mais cela peut être le cas si certains clients sont irrespectueux

Pros:

The location is perfect. It is very near the Grande Place, parking, and many restaurants. The staff are fantastic, polite, and speak much better English than my French. Our room was very comfortable, and the bed was excellent.

Fabulous location. Quaint rooms. A good breakfast and convenient parking.
Pros:

Excellent location, good sized rooms with everything needed in them. We booked 3 rooms and all were good.

Cons:

One of the rooms was rather noisy in the early hours as close to the bins. Toilets rather small, couldn’t close the door in one that easily, a little dated. Parking a bit challenging in the undergoing car park to get the hotel offer price but very convenient and secure.
