A charming hotel in an ideal central location for exploring Arras.
Pros:

A charming and traditional hotel; excellent location, right on the Grand Place. Staff were fabulous, especially reception and breakfast room staff - so helpful and friendly, went out of their way to assist us. Clean and spacious room. A large public car park is located opposite the hotel. We had a really lovely stay, thank you!

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Vieux bâtiment historique. L'hôtel donne sur la Grand Place avec un parking, payant, juste à côté. On est en plein centre ville, pléthore de restaurants à proximité. L'hôtel est tres bien entretenu, la literie est confortable. C’est très propre. Les chambres sont un peu petites mais l'hôtel à choisi, peut être contraint par l'âge ( construit en 1467 tout de même) de ne pas ressembler à un hôtel de chaîne.

Cons:

Un bémol, sans doute peu commode pour des personnes invalides. Mais il y a peut être une adaptation que je n’ai pas vue faute d’usage.

Cons:

Gedateerde kamer. Upgrade naar superior kamer was niet ok. Enkel bed was ok. Op de foto staat moderne kamer met twee zeteltjes. Er stond een stoel. Tv super klein en letters niet leesbaar. Dat is geen superior kamer en prijs kwaliteit niet ok. We sliepen naast materiaal kamer waar gevaar op stond. Jammer . Had me toch iets anders voorgesteld. Echt geen superior kamer. Heb ze wel betaald. Niet ok dus.

Very nice! Would stay again
Pros:

Very central so an easy walk to every thing. Excellent staff. Underground parking nearby 20€ for 24 hours. Free parking in Rue Jean Lacanuet 10 mins walk away.

Cons:

The room was a bit small but not a big problem.
