Staff members were nice
We booked a family room, upper floor was no AC, had a kind of fan, but it was broken. We told the manager, later he said it’s fixed, but actually it only had room temperature wind coming out , and turned off in 20 minutes , we restarted it and turned off again, it’s in August with 38C temperature .

True boutique hotel experience from start till end. Staff was very professional and helpful. Rooms were really comfortable we have booked two (the eco room might need another curtain in the room as it is not giving enough privacy using facilities) with the other room (for 3-4 people) I have no words it is just the excellent the way it is and what a view! Breakfast was great except they can consider adding some more charcuterie. Pool and sunbeds provided were excellent. And location is excellent and it was very quiet we enjoyed it. Definitely will be back.
Bathroom/toilet part might need extra curtain as not enough privacy whatsoever (due to glass compartment). Breakfast is quite late for early bird guests it was started at 09:00, although quality of the breakfast was excellent maybe they can add some charcuterie. And on the check out day we had no access to the pool until 11:00 which makes no sense as the check out at 12:00.

We had a fantastic stay at Cunda Piano Otell. It's only a 10-minute walk to the centre, but in a very quiet and picturesque area above the seafront.
It was the perfect place to relax for a few days. The terrace and restaurant have terrific views of the sea and hills (the photos don't do the terrace justice!); the swimming pool area is extremely inviting and kept scrupulously clean.
The room was very comfortable and had a great balcony, in the sun all afternoon.
Breakfast was very tasty - and plentiful!
All staff were super nice, helpful and friendly, special thanks to Aida for a lovely chat in her immaculate English!
I would have perhaps preferred more blackout curtains as it was rather light in the room in the morning, but it's a personal preference, really, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept well anyway :-)

Lijep hotel,dobra lokacija,10tak minuta pjeske do centra i do plaze,cisto,fantastican pogled sa terase/balkona,osoblje ljubazno i uvijek spremno da pomogne..preporuka za ugodan boravak.
The view from hotel is nice. Pool was nice but so cold even end of May
First of all their “ac” which I barely call it ac more like heater doesn’t work at all. It’s making the room more humid than outside and not blowing any cold air. The location is not so far from the center but considering the hill and rocks that you have to climb on the way back definitely wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel!! Taxi is a huge problem as well so better to stay somewhere near seaside/down area. Breakfast was soo tiny and not many options. For the price we paid not worth it at all

Malheureusement il y a toujours un mais … notre chambre se trouvait juste au dessus du générateur donc un bruit constant et impossible de garder la fenêtre ouverte . Très mauvaise nuit . Éviter la chambre 21 !! Quant aux autres je ne sais pas

In 6 zile5nopti nu a trecut nimeni prin cameră.Nu sau schimbat niciodată prosoape sau lenjeria.A fost binișor dar sincer nu recomand .
