Schickes Designhotel mit Klimaanlage. Checkin ist umständlich.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist zwar in diesem Viertel südlich vom Bahnhof, aber das ist mir egal, sie ist immer noch sehr zentral gelegen, und mit der U-Bahn, die dank Deutschlandticket keine zusätzlichen Kosten verursacht, ist man ratzfatz in der Innenstadt. Außerdem, Geschäfte gibt es direkt vor Ort, z.B. eine Bäckerei und einen Rewe, auch gleich um die Ecke einen kleinen Obst- und Gemüseladen.

Die Unterkunft ist auch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Design halt.

Und der Hauptgrund, warum ich dort gebucht habe: Die Klimaanlage! Draußen hatte es 35 Grad. Drinnen nicht. Da konnte ich es mir auf angenehme 22 Grad oder so einstellen.

Ansonsten gibt es alles, was man braucht. Einen (leisen) Kühlschrank, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, TV.

Cons:

Der Tisch hat gewackelt, das muss nicht sein.

Außerdem gab es KEINEN schwarzen Tee! Nur Kaffee und komischen Kräutertee.

Aber was wirklich problematisch war, war der Checkin. Da hat man mir am Tag der Anreise ÜBER DIE APP irgendwelche Zugangsdaten geschickt. Nur verwende ich die App von Booking gar nicht. Ich musste erst anrufen, um die Zugangsdaten per E-Mail zu bekommen. Das wohlgemerkt bei 35 Grad mit Gepäck vor der Tür, und mit einem Handy, das dank der Monsterhitze nur noch einen Akkustand von 20% hatte. Bei Hitze entladen sich die Dinger nämlich schneller.

Und DANN musste ich erst meinen Personalausweis abfotografieren, bevor mich dieses komische System in das Zimmer ließ. Was macht man eigentlich, wenn das Handy schon ganz platt ist? Oder man keines hat?

Das ist nicht gut gelöst. WENN man meinen Personalausweis sehen will, dann fragt mich doch bitte danach, wenn ich noch bequem zu Hause am Schreibtisch sitze. Und nicht, wenn ich völlig überhitzt bei 35 Grad mit Gepäck vor der Tür stehe!

Pros:

La habitación estaba bastante bien y acogedora, dispone de aire acondicionado perfecto para las olas de calor del verano.

Cons:

Cada cierto rato el aire acondicionado produce un sonido bastante raro, no tiene ascensor para subir con las maletas a la planta alta y el agua de la ducha no paraba de salir por debajo de la mampara poniendo todo con un reguero de agua.

Ottimo alloggio, dotato di tutti i comfort.
Pros:

Buonissima posizione, a poca distanza dalle fermate dei mezzi pubblici. Check-in fatto in autonomia, per cui è possibile arrivare a qualsiasi ora. L'apertura delle porte avviene on line, è un sistema comodissimo. La camera è piccola ma dotata di tutti i comfort, compresa la cucina e tutto quanto può essere utile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Consigliatissimo!!!

Eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
Pros:

Die Lage ist phantastisch, da die Innenstadt fussläufig erreichbar ist. Die Unterkunft war sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Ein Tipp: Halter für Handtücher im Bad. Sonst gab es nichts auszusetzen.

Pros:

Das Apartment war zwar klein aber wirklich perfekt ausgestattet.
Es gibt einen wunderdar großen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, sogar eine kleine Spülmaschine, die Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen und zu bügeln und das beste: Eine super gute Klimaanlage.
Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Der Zugang über Smartphone klingt erst mal gruselig, funktioniert aber absolut problemlos.

Die Umgebung ist nicht besonders schön aber sehr praktisch, alles da, was man brauchen könnte!

Finger weg! Kein Schlaf. Kein Service.

Es war alles sauber.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage in Zimmer 11 mit Balkon gibt alle 6-8 Minuten einen Bohrmaschinen-artigen Ton von sich. Auch wenn sie vollständig ausgeschaltet ist. An Schlafen ist da nicht zu denken gewesen.

Keine Hilfe der nicht vorhandenen Rezeption möglich. Aus Kulanz wollten Sie nach mehrfacher Nachfrage 20% Rabatt beim nächsten Aufenthalt geben und mich damit nochmal dazu bewegen, bei denen Geld zu lassen. Ein Witz.

Pros:

I liked the suite . Was also clean and had a comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean and furnished .

Cons:

Our airco broke in the middle of the night and there was no one to reach and also all the windows open without a mosquito net . Wa already full of mosquitos .

Zentrumsnahe und nicht weit vom Bahnhof, sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, fantastisches usbekisches Restaurant (Döppi) zwei Straßen weiter

Cons:

Fernbedienung für TV nicht funktionsfähig, auch manuelle Bedienung nicht erfolgreich - mussten WM-Spiel daher am Tablet streamen

Pros:

Self check in molto semplice da fare. Stanza pulita, piccolina ma con spazio cucina con frigo, fuochi elettrici, microonde. TV, aria condizionata. A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Zona residenziale.

Cons:

I locali sottotetto rendono più piccolina la stanza. Non c'è ascensore e potrebbe essere un problema per qualcuno.

Great, would stay again
Pros:

I really liked the room (it had a queen size bed) with the fully equipped bathroom and kitchen area. It has a good location 15 min away from central station or at a walkable distance from the city center. All clean, and although I was concerned about the noise coming from the street if you close the windows all good.
The check-in was earlier upon my request and remote check-in process was easy and straightforward, the personnel was also helpful. When I had some issues with my door key, they patiently assisted me via phone.

Cons:

Maybe price could be lower and check-in earlier at 12h
