Cons:

Very limited parking space available outside unless parking in the building and it costs a lot. Toilet has a constant stinky smell and we had to ask them to clean the sewage. We were also given the wrong room, we only realised it halfway through our stay and requested the right one as shown on the pictures when we made our booking.
