Pros:

Keadaan bilik yang bersih, perabot baru, tilam yang selesa ada kemudahan pantry, terdapat kemudahan restaurant, kolam renang dan atm mesin persekitaran yang lengkap dgn kedai serbaneka, dobi, kedai makan spt SR, foodcourt senang dpt grab, parking yang selamat. Location di tengah bandar KK.
