Pros:

Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Daarnaast een erg fijn zwembad, een grote sportschool en een padelbaan. Ook het ontbijt was goed.

Cons:

De lift was defect en de tempratuur en de straal van de douche veranderde regelmatig.

Les chambres de 2 lits doubles sont des lits en 120 cm, petit pour un couple mais l’hôtel nous a surclassé afin d’avoir un vrai lit double et 1 canapé lit en 120

Great place to stay in Tulum
Pros:

Great place. Peaceful and modern. Really great swimming pool, slightly away from the main roads. Highly recommend. Place is family friendly.

Pros:

Le cadre de l’hôtel et les chambres confortables et spacieuses. Balcon. Petit déjeuner assez varié. Bien situé pour les activités (site de Tulum et resto à proximité) mais excentré (un choix pour nous)

Cons:

Les couloirs d’accès aux chambres ne sont pas fermés cela donne sur l’extérieur quand les gens circulent c’est bruyant le bruit est amplifié. Vue sur parking. Restaurant assez cher. Route d’accès compliquée une seule voie pour circuler dans les 2 sens et non éclairée le soir.

Sin Sombrillas, vienes a tomar sol
Cons:

La experiencia fue muy mala. No había sombrillas en la piscina familiar, tuvimos que cambiar de habitación por problemas con el agua y, para empeorar todo, estuvimos sin internet durante los últimos dos días. Tampoco existió ningún servicio de acercamiento, a pesar de que el camino hasta el hotel era oscuro y poco seguro. Lo más decepcionante fue la falta total de apoyo por parte de algunas recepcionistas, quienes no mostraron disposición para ayudar ni resolver los problemas. Lo único rescatable fue la atención del personal del restaurante y de otros colaboradores, que sí fueron cordiales y atentos. Sin duda, no volvería ni recomendaría este lugar.

Weird! Narrow underground parking entrance from the unfinished street, elevators all out of service.

Nice pools, friendly staff, value of the rooms only, cleanliness and excellent wi-fi.

Cons:

Location (car or uber req), tiny lobby, limited underground parking, only one outside non-climate controlled expensive restaurant, all elevators out of order, unfinished roadway approaching the property, unfinished plunge pool no paint or tile but lots of cement dust, no fridge in the average room, no luggage racks in any rooms, excessive noise from adjoining rooms, every room above can creep you in your plunge pool etc

Pros:

La atención tanto en recepción como en restaurante fue excelente. Las instalaciones son hermosas, la habitación súper espaciosa y con camas cómodas.

Cons:

El acceso aún está parcialmente en terracería y aún no tienen en funcionamiento el elevador, lo que es un poco incómodo cuando vas con maletas.

Overall the hotel was lovely, th staff were friendly and I would recommend
Pros:

I liked the rooms were beautiful and spacious, the pool was quiet and stunning, the gym was good, the breakfast was great, overall amazing hotel got the price and lovely staff

Cons:

There wasn’t a mini fridge in the room however u can get easily get ice from the bar, the WiFi broke for 2 days however out of our control, some of the sun loungers were broken but still usable

Cons:

Looks like the hotel is not finished.
Only 2 umbrellas by the pool for the whole hotel so you can’t enjoy the pool area.
Need a bike or scooter nothing is at walking distance.
(Breakfast included) few options, not the greatest

A grandes rasgos bien
Pros:

El hotel es cómodo y la atención es buena

Cons:

En toda nuestra estancia no funcionó el elevador, razón por la cual estuvimos usando el elevador de empleados.

Indagando un poco más, nos fue informado que el elevador tiene meses sin funcionar, por lo que es inaceptable que un hotel no le de mantenimiento a sus instalaciones.

Parfait, nous y retournerons.
Pros:

Tout était très bien dans cet hôtel, les chambres étaient grandes, spacieuses et propres, idem pour la salle de bain. Tout est neuf, aucun défaut. Produits de qualité pour la douche, suffisamment de serviettes de bains, climatisation discrète mais efficace. Plusieurs piscines, salle de sport, terrain de tennis.
Les extérieurs de l'hôtel étaient bien fleuris et décorés.
Parking avec beaucoup de place sous l'hotel.
Personnel très sympa et arrangeant, merci à eux pour le séjour.
Pour l'emplacement, certes l'hôtel est un peu isolé du centre de Tulum donc il faut presque obligatoirement une voiture pour y accéder, mais c'est le prix à payer quand on veut un resort aussi grand dans cette zone.

Cons:

Le seul petit soucis était avec le restaurant de l'hôtel, où le service était assez long et la nourriture pas exceptionnelle.

Schönes ruhiges Hotel mit schöner Anlage
Pros:

Zimmer sind schön und sehr sauber, die Poollandschaft ist wunderschön und die Kellner sind sehr nett. Im großen und Ganzen ein wunderschönes Hotel, es war sehr wenig los, wir hatten das Pool fast für uns allein

Cons:

Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, also Taxi oder Auto wird benötigt. Am Balkon gab es leider keine Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit privatem Pool, das kann aber wenn überhaupt nur zum sitzen verwendet werden, da es sehr klein ist.

Las instalaciones muy cómodas y muy bueno en general

Tiene 2 elevadores y ninguno de los 2 funcionaba, el agua se salía de la regadera hacia afuera
