Pros:

Jonge vrouw bij get onthaal was heel vriendelijk.

Dicht bij snelweg.

Kamer was niet netjes.

Gordijn hing half van de rail.

Kamer was heel warm en airco functioneerde maar matig.

Gezien de prijs verwachten we geen luxe maar wel een nette basic.

Be careful! They cheat at the reception.

I would like to express my complete disappointment with the service at the reception. I want to warn everyone to be careful!

We had a room booked through Booking, and the amount was blocked on our card. Upon check‑in, they asked for our name, surname, and country, and requested payment in cash. They gave us a receipt for the payment. I assumed that, since there was a receipt, there would be no problem and Booking would refund the blocked amount. I did not look at the receipt carefully because it was late and we were tired from the journey. Later, it turned out that we had been checked in under someone else’s name and surname.

Now, because of this fraud on the hotel’s part, we cannot get our money back from Booking. The name and surname on the hotel receipt and on the Booking reservation do not match. For some reason, the hotel deliberately and brazenly entered the wrong details, even though they knew our real information!

The question is: why did you do this??? This is fraud! I have never encountered such blatant dishonesty before.

Super für die Durchreise
Pros:

Viele Parkplätze vor der Tür, das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe, es war sauber und man konnte die Klimaanlage selber einstellen. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher und Toilettenpapier.

Hébergement adapté pour 1 nuit
Pros:

Le personnel était agréable et serviable.
Nous avons été très satisfaits du petit-déjeuner : copieux et varié.
Le micro-ondes et le réfrigérateur nous ont été très utiles pendant notre séjour.

Cons:

La chambre était étouffante ! Impossible de régler la température.
Le lit et les oreillers étaient plutôt inconfortables.
