Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple reviews report strong negative cleanliness issues: persistent foul/égout smells in bathrooms, dirty or disgusting bathroom surfaces, broken/bare floor tiles, unemptied trash on arrival, ants and water leaks — overall clearly below acceptable standards.
Service
1
Mixed but generally positive: several guests praise very nice/pleasant/charming and helpful staff; a few reports cite poor welcome/check-in experience, so slightly positive overall.
Location
1
Consistently noted as convenient for transit: just off the highway, easy access and parking directly outside rooms — good for travelers stopping overnight.
Room Quality
1
Mixed: many guests appreciate spacious rooms and in-room fridge/microwave, but multiple reports of broken fixtures (lamps, curtains), shower/flexible issues, short or hard beds and dated fittings lower room quality.
Amenities
1
Positively mentioned amenities include in-room refrigerator and microwave and ready parking; breakfast availability is variable but basic amenities are appreciated.
Value for Money
1
Frequently described as good value/bon rapport qualité-prix for a transit/motel-style stay — guests find price-performance favorable.
Food and Beverage
1
Breakfast impressions are mixed: some call it perfect or adequate, others note limited items or timing issues — overall neutral.
Overall Experience
1
Overall mixed experience: suitable and convenient for brief transit stays with useful in-room amenities and friendly staff, but significant cleanliness and some room quality problems reduce the overall impression.

Hoge kamertemperatuur, reden van voortijdig vertrek.
Pros:

De voorzieningen zijn prima. Alles is voorhande met koelkast.

Cons:
