Very enjoyable and comfortable stay!
Pros:

Very good location, easy to navigate, in the city center close to subway station.

Cons:

We stayed on the 8th floor but to open the window in the evening for some fresh breeze was impossible due to the street food being prepared in the street. The wallpaper had some stains and drops on the ceiling, as well in the toilet, I would recommend the cleaners to remove the stains if possible.

Central hotel next to Dotonbori
Pros:

Very good staff for my check-in and check-out. This hotel is very well organized, clean and quiet. It's next to Namba station, you can go everywhere, it's very easy. You are next to Dotonbori, this area is lively both day and night but still very safe.

Cons:

If you have a room on the lower floors like me (4th floor), no view at all and you can't fully open the window. Small room like everywhere in Japan but it's very well organized.

Pros:

Location and breakfast were outstanding. Our room was small but adequate.

Cons:

Air conditioner could have been easier to control. We struggled with getting the temperature to a comfortable level.
