Pros:

Ordinato, pulito, a 4 min a piedi dal teminal dei bus. Vicino alla zona della "movida" di Tulum

Cons:

Mancava il phon in stanza, il deposito dei bagagli è a pagamento, non ha ascensore (e se hai le valigie arrivare al secondo piano non è il massimo), tante zanzare perchè è immerso nel verde

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel à l'accueil

Cons:

L'emplacement face a la gare routière. Notre chambre était juste en face et du coup bruit des bus jusqu'à tard le soir et tôt le matin. Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche.

hay muchisimo ruido que viene de la calle durante toda la noche, te dan unos tapones al llegar pero no hacen nada

Genau das richtige für eine Nacht für den Preis!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr nah gelegen am Ado Busbahnhof. Für eine Nacht der perfekte Ort zum Übernachten. Es war keineswegs laut, dafür dass der Busbahnhof nebenan ist. Zudem konnten wir direkt nach dem Einchecken Fahrräder ausleihen ohne Probleme. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend.
Von der Unterkunft sind es 15min Fahrradfahrt zur nächsten Cenote und 15min zu Fuß für Restaurants und Frühstückslokale. Kaffee gibts es zum Selbskochen for free :)
Absolute Empfehlung!

Cons:

Nichts, war perfekt! Manchmal musste man nur länger an der Rezeption warten, bis jemand kommt aber das ist nicht schlimm :)

A fantastic stay
Pros:

The room was very modern, very clean, new and extremely comfortable. I was travelling with a friend and we booked a twin beds room, but due to this type of room in the hotel being fully booked and an admin oversight, we were kindly upgraded to two separate rooms, which made our stay truly impeccable. The hotel also offered bicycle rentals for the day, allowing us to explore the town and visit the incredible Tulum ruins. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location is excellent, quiet yet convenient, just next to the ADO bus station for easy travel to other destinations. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Cons:

Everything was great overall. Just a small note to be cautious of mosquitoes due to the abundance of plants around, but with the air-conditioning in the room, this was not an issue.

Nice and fair.
Pros:

Location was great walkable distance of 5 mins from Tulum's city attractions and next to bus station. Room was decent with airco, fan and nice build in beds.

Cons:

The toilet cap was a bit mall and broken and could have been fixed before our arrival.
