Pros:

I liked how close it was to the train station and it super comfortable place to stay in.

Pros:

Estaba cerca de la estación de metro de kanamecho, quizás no es tan central pero esta bien conectado.
Estaba limpio y contaba con lo necesario para una buena estadía.

Cons:

La verdad es pequeño, especialmente el baño, si son muy altos no creo que se les haga cómodo.
La habitación esta en el tercer piso y no tiene ascensor.

Nice and comfortable! Would stay here again!
Pros:

Everything was nice and neat next to one another. It was nice and clean, and the bed was so comfortable! The shower was a tad confusing at first, but figured it out in no time! Staff were extremely friendly through messages and checking in was such a breeze.

スタッフの対応はとてもよかったけど施設は残念。
Pros:

駅から近く交通便ではとてもよかった。
わからないことなどメッセージで聞いたときにすぐに返信をしてくれたので助かった。

Cons:

シャワーカーテンがついていなかった。
IHがあるのに包丁、まな板などがなくて不便だった。
換気扇のせいなのか小虫がたくさんいてがっかりだった。
プロジェクターがあってよかったけど、地上波が見れたら尚いいと思った。

You get what you pay for…
Pros:

Location was pretty good and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The washroom was looking and smelling like a heavy smoker used it for years, walls were yellow and the smell was impregnated in the walls. You could see where the walls were scrubbed and where they weren’t. The bedroom wasn’t that clean either.

Good apartment quite close to the subway on the north side of Tokyo.
Pros:

Quite close to the subway. A record player in the room. Good heating and air conditioner.

Cons:

The bed was on the hard side. Could have had a shower curtain.

Pros:

The apartment is exceptionally close to the subway station, making transportation extremely convenient. I can easily access both the Fukutoshin Line and Yurakucho Line, allowing me to reach major commercial areas like Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Ginza with no hassle. The unit was spotlessly clean, and I really liked the decor—it felt very cozy and inviting. Almost everything you need for daily living is provided. All in all, at this price point, I believe it's an excellent value for money.
