Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The air conditioning was not working, which made the room extremely uncomfortable, especially in the Agadir heat. The lighting was also very poor, with only two small lamps above the bed and no proper room lighting.

To make matters worse, there were no towels provided, and the room did not have a TV, refrigerator, or any of the basic amenities normally expected in a hotel room. The overall condition and facilities were far below expectations and did not justify the price paid.

Unfortunately, there were several things I did not like about the property. Every day the corridor smelled strongly of shisha/hookah smoke because there is a club or lounge area where people smoke in the evenings. The smell was very unpleasant every time I left the room.

In my opinion, this hotel is not suitable for families, couples looking to relax, elderly guests, or people with disabilities. I am severely visually impaired, and the lighting in the stairs and corridors was extremely poor. It was difficult and unsafe to move around, even for my partner, who also struggled to see properly when using the stairs or opening the room door.

The room door was difficult to open, and the bathroom door was broken and could not close properly unless the handle was lifted with both hands. In the shower, part of the fixture fell down and could have caused an injury. There was also a bad urine smell coming from the toilet area.

Another disappointment was that the “double bed” was actually two single beds pushed together.

I originally booked 6 nights but decided to leave 2 nights early and move to another hotel because I was not comfortable staying there. I explained all these issues to the staff. Although they apologized, I did not find the service professional enough. For the price paid, I expected much better quality and safety standards.

Die Zimmer sind sehr durchschnittlich und mit alten, wenig ansprechenden Möbeln eingerichtet. Zumindest das Zimmer, das ich erhalten habe, war nicht schön, und der Sessel war zudem staubig.
Ich habe nur ein einziges, bereits altes und abgenutztes Badetuch bekommen.
Für Personen mit leichtem Schlaf ist das Hotel nicht empfehlenswert, da es nachts durchgehend laut war.
