Important information:

Access to the fitness room is free from 7am to 10pm using the room card.
The swimming pool is accessible from 10am to 10pm using the room card.
Access to the Sauna & Hammam area from 10am to 10pm is reserved for over-15s and can be booked for 1 hour at reception on arrival or by calling on the morning of your arrival.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult to access the various areas.
If you would like extra towels, we will provide them free of charge at reception. Bathrobe and slipper hire is €7.00 per person for the entire stay.

Minors must provide a housing authorization from their legal guardian as well as that person's identification.

The use of a sofa due to the occupancy of the room by 2 adults will incur an additional charge of €25.00 per night.

If you would like two separate beds, please select the “Economy Twin Room.” However, if you would like another room with separate beds, please specify this when making your reservation. A supplement of EUR 25 per night will be charged

The restaurant "Ailleurs" will be closed every lunchtime from December 22 to January 4 as well as the evening of December 24. Breakfast will not be served on January 1st but will be replaced by brunch from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at a cost of €35.00.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, on y est bien. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité, c'est un bon moment.

Un tres bel hôtel
Pros:

Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel. Un bel hôtel spacieux. Restaurant très correct et petit déjeuner exceptionnel par son choix et la qualité des produits Très silencieux la nuit et lit de grande taille et de très bonne qualité. Beaucoup de prestations (piscine, salle de sport, bar . Etc) bien que non utilisé par nous.

Cons:

Les 150 € de caution bien que je comprenne cette politique et que j'etais prévenu.
La table du petit déjeuner pleine des miettes du précédent client même si j'ai un plateau où mettre mes aliments
Des taches sur les boiseries de la salle de bain et des wc (portes et chambranles). Même si c'est dû à des retouches de peinture...on repeint TOUTE la surface dans un hôtel de ce standing. (Chambre 20)
De tout petits détails qui n'ont pas influencé ma notation proche du 10/10
