Pros:

I want to highlight the gentleman at the reception. His name is Non. We were not happy with the first room and without no time a new room was organized. Mr. Non was extremely helpful during our whole stay. A true gentleman and a great host.

Price/quallity not good, pretty old, staff helpful.

The location is excellent and very close to everything. The staff was incredibly helpful they even accommodated a room change for us, which truly made a difference in our stay. Honestly, the staff is the main reason I didn’t give a lower score. Everyone was very friendly, especially the lady at the resort entrance who assists with booking trips and excursions.

Cons:

The property is old, which is not necessarily a problem, but the level of maintenance does not meet expectations. The rooms are quite noisy and have several unfinished details, and this seems consistent throughout the resort. Our shower head holder was broken, and the sink’s open/close mechanism was not working properly. Maintenance did come to fix these issues, which we appreciated, but they ideally should have been addressed before our arrival. Considering the price we paid possibly higher due to a late booking (3weeks before arrival) the overall value felt definitely disappointing. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Thailand that offered a noticeably better experience.

Bel établissement avec une grande piscine, literie confortable, propre, bien situé à 10mn à pied du marché nocturne, bureau d excursions sur place , la dame est très serviable et vous trouve une excursion au meilleur prix avec des locaux. the location of the property is great, it is just ten minutes away from the Aonang Beach

Cons:

We saw the snake on the backyard of the hotel and tell it to the hotel reception. Our room view was not great. Ask property to have yard or pool view when booking. We got something like cable view.

Pros:

The location is great. Right across the road is a restaurant on the Michelin Guide called Kodam Kitchen - do check it out. It's really accessible to the main street. Breakfast is good (even as a vegetarian)

Saw lizards and I am afraid of them. But it's because of the greenery around I suppose

La localisation de l’hôtel est super pratique.
La piscine est jolie même si elle mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, le bar de la piscine est génial!
Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le personnel est sympathique et disponible.
