Great stay with fantastic staff
Pros:

We stopped here for our second location in Ubud and the location was perfect for walking into the main areas, local cafes, restaurants and getting grabs for rides and deliveries. We loved how spacious the room was and the local wildlife including lizards, birds and geckos were really nice to see (don’t worry there were none in the room, just outside)

The pool was a really good size featuring a shallower and deeper end, plenty of seating and a nice shaded spot with comfortable seating, perfect for reading or just hanging by the pool. The accommodation grounds were clean, well kept and maintained by staff throughout the day.

Housekeeping is available each day with a door hanger to indicate if you would like it which was nice. We had some plushies on our bed which the staff incorporated into the towel design in the bed which was a really nice little touch. Each day all of our garbage was taken including from the bathroom and all our recyclables. Everything was also restocked without us ever needing to ask.

The room itself was spacious with a fridge that came in really handy, lots of natural lighting and dark curtains should you want them. There was also a safety deposit box and plenty of storage. Plenty of outlets and the AC was great for the room size. The room was nice and peaceful with the odd noise coming from upstairs of people moving furniture ect which is completely normal. The bathroom backs onto the main reception area so you could often hear people talking but with not speaking the local it kinda added to the overall experience of being in a different country, also not a problem at all just a heads up.

The most stand out thing of this stay was the staff. All the staff we encountered were really lovely. They stopped to speak to us at any time, a lady there was putting out the daily offerings and was more than happy to chat to us and answer any questions we had about offerings. The staff helped us with our bags.

Cons:

There are a few maintenance issues that need to be sorted. Nothing we mentioned during our stay though as they were more structural ceiling issues in the bathroom.

Absolute gem 💎
Pros:

From the minute we arrived staff were welcoming and friendly, so very nice we loved them. Location was perfect as1-2 minutes into town via scooter super close. Very peaceful loved the swim during the day. Absolute value for money. Definitely stay again.

Ok small pool, I guess.

Cons:

This place had showers with supposedly hot water, except there WAS NO hot water, and when you turned the tap on, the dirty old calcification in the shower head had it spraying in all random directions except on me. When I questioned the high price when no hot water worked (but they insisted it does - even though I'm a qualified plumber), and then when they admitted it NEVER worked, they just grinned at me, and refused a much fairer price. Further, the shower head wouldn't stay on, the toilet didn't flush, and the bath plug had no working plug to even fill it, because it was smashed off too! Oh, and the water was black.. nice. And this was in their fancy Jonglo bamboo garden suite (or whatever they call it). Whole place is a dump, filth everywhere, with lazy staff attitudes. Bathrooms haven't been cleaned in months - see photo attached, and the mains electrical switchboard outside our room HAD NO COVER ON IT! See attached photos of that deadly gem too. New drinking glasses have old toothpaste stains inside. I could go on. OH ALSO - no food onsite whatsoever, so no breakfast or dinner options at all.

Pros:
