Great stay, great staff and comfortable
Pros:

It’s is very cool and feels nice and updated. Not in the hussle and busy area but close enough. Great AC great staff and bed and space!

Pros:

I loved staying here.The location is 2minutes by bike to the CBD which has all your restaurants.The place itself is quiet, no problematic noises of traffic or construction etc.The room had all the amenities, showercaps, clean towels, drier.The staff was just amazing honestly.They helped me plan my activities i had to extend an extra week.The pool was amazing.I managed to arrange a floating breakfast on my last day.No mosquitoes, a few lizards but they didn't bother me, and a great aircon for the warm days.Its really just a peaceful place.I will be coming back herew

Cons:

The wifi was bad - slow and almost non existent.I struggled and had to work outside the guesthouse.

Для не придирчивого путешественника в соло - сойдет, но вернуться сюда еще раз нет желания.
Pros:

1. Были вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, каждый вечер ко мне подходили и предоставляли меню на выбор, уточняли во сколько подать в 8 или 9 часов. на выбор были фруктовые салаты, смузи боул, жаренный рис/лапша, несколько видов горячих напитков
2. Очень удачное расположение в центре Убуда, дом находится в переулке от основной дороги, метров 200, поэтому трафик совсем не слышно и мимо дома никто не ездит. + поблизости много кафе и ресторанов
3. По близости не было собак, которые мешали бы своим лаем или кричащих петухов
4. Заказ и доставка мопеда прям в отель. Вечером мы договорились, а на утро он уже стоял у ворот со шлемом. Без залога и справок, просто взял и поехал, девушка с ресепшина помогла разобраться. Кончено, в этом есть свой риск, ты не можешь выбрать между разными вариантами, но мне достался достойный yamaha nmax 155, тормоза были хорошие, внешний вид тоже. по цене получилось 150к в день, это примерно $8.5. При выезде я просто оставил ключи.
5. Это был самый дешевый номер с возможностью оплаты при заселении
6. Горячая вода была всегда, без перебоев

Cons:

1. Из-за того что двери прилегают не плотно к полу, в номере местами были муравьи, их было крайне мало, но тем не менее.
2. В ванной комнате окно было всегда открытым + вентиляционные прорези в стене на которых не были установлены сетки от москитов. Из-за этого в номере могли быть мошки и комары. Также стоит упомянуть, что принудительной вентиляции тоже не было.
3. В номере очень слаба шумоизоляция, поэтому очень сильно было слышно персонал, который отдыхает на ресепшене и смотрит видео. Это в целом не являлось проблемой, но все равно, посторонних звуков не хотелось бы слышать на отдыхе. При этом соседей слышно не было.
4. Не было уборки номеров и уточнений, нужно ли убраться. За 7 дней, которые я отдыхал у меня убрались и поменяли белье с полотенцами один раз, только после того, как я сам попросил об этом. Допускаю, что уборка могла бы быть хоть каждые день, если б я об этом сказал. Если менять постельное белье не критично каждый день, то убрать урну и поменять полотенца можно ежедневно и без напоминаний
5. Ремонт в номере был достаточно уставшим. на стенах следы, на шторах пятна, в углах пыль.
6. Слабый wi-fi, конкретно в моем номере отображалось несколько точек, но у каждой сигнал был 1-2 звена из 3 и медленная скорость.

Pros:

Todo realmente excelente. El desayuno delicioso, abundante y lo llevan hasta la habitación (me impresionó lo puntuales que son), el menú tiene bastantes opciones todas deliciosas. La habitación magnífica, la cama cómoda, almohadas perfectas, todo siempre limpio y organizado, dotada con todo lo necesario, el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente, la señal del WiFi también, el agua en la ducha con buena presión y temperatura, tiene caja fuerte y una pequeña nevera. La ubicación es perfecta, a más o menos 15 minutos caminando del centro de Ubud, cerca hay supermercados, restaurantes y gran variedad de lugares de interés para ir caminando, la piscina pequeña pero limpia y perfecta para nadar; el personal encantador, siempre sonrientes y dispuestos a ayudar.

Cons:

No diría que fue algo negativo pero si haría dos sugerencias: que se pudiera elegir el menú del desayuno a través de alguna línea de WhatsApp o dejar una nota en la recepción ya que muchas veces no hay nadie en recepción y cuando van a la habitación a preguntar por el pedido quizá no estas o no quieres ser molestado, me pasó en una ocasión que incluso con el aviso de "no molestar" golpearon a la puerta y me despertaron, sé que lo hicieron con la mejor intención y fueron muy respetuosos pero esto podría manejarse de otra manera. También podría instalar un TV en la habitación.

We never received any housekeeping service during our but we are not sure whether we needed to request it. Despite this, the hotel was very beautiful, we really love it and the staff were extremely kind.

Avoid unless out of options!
Pros:

Privacy and recently done property interior as well as outdoor decor

Cons:

Limited communication regarding available facilities such as need to book breakfast a day in advance and utilities as per room class (standard room Vs villa services)
This could have been shared by message or email or printed leaflet like the welcome note in the room. It rains a lot in Ubud, the property did not provide any forewarning neither they provide courtesy umbrella or rain gear. That’s basic service at most of the Booking.com properties.
The standard rooms facing pool on ground floor have 2 entry/exit points , a normal door and pair of French doors. The staff tried to access normal door without any warning and that was unsettling.
The locks of French doors malfunction due to non-alignment and we had to change the room. Someone used our room in our absence, left teabags in kettle rendering it useless and other unmentionable leftovers in the bathroom. We returned late night and there was no duty team after 11PM, concerns raised with the front desk via message were answered next morning around 10AM. There was no explanation and no apology for mess in our absence. Language barriers are given but not the lack of respect and honesty towards the guest.

Pros:

Great, clean, and peaceful accommodation. You have everything you need. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is excellent with strong water pressure. There’s even a small fridge and a kettle. The balcony is lovely, with a beautiful view of the pool and rice fields.
The surroundings are quiet and natural, with rice fields and ducks nearby. The property is very well maintained, and the staff are friendly. Great value for money. We will definitely come back.
The best place we stayed in Ubud out of the 7 accommodations we had.

Pros:

Fantastic location, within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants and local attractions, including the ARMA Museum—a stunning blend of traditional and contemporary art set within tranquil gardens—and Parallel Universe Jewellery, where you can design and create your own silver jewellery (highly recommended). The rooms are spacious, cool, and impeccably clean, and the staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout the stay.

Short stay in Ubud
Pros:

The facilities are beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of natural light.

Cons:

The breakfast area over looks the rice fields and is lovely. But the seating is on benches, which I found uncomfortable due to back issues.
