Das Hotel ist in einer wirklich tollen Lage, die Mitarbeiter*innen sind freundlich und alles ist in einem guten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Frühstück lecker.

Cons:

An unserem ersten Abend gab es einen Feueralarm mitten in der Nacht um 3 Uhr. Meine Begleitung und ich hatten total Panik, weil man im ersten Moment natürlich nicht weiß ist das echt oder nur ein Fehlalarm. Am Ende war es ein Fehlalarm, wofür das Hotel selbstverständlich nichts kann. Jedoch war die Kommunikation über den Fehlalarm etwas merkwürdig. Viele Gäste sind nach unten in die Lobby gekommen und wurden etwas im Trüben gelassen was jetzt genau los ist. Es wurde sich weder entschuldigt noch eine klare Aussage getroffen von wegen es war ein Versehen/ Fehlalarm; sie können wieder schlafen gehen. Dadurch war eine große Unsicherheit noch da und wir verbrachten dann noch knapp eine Stunde verwirrt mit anderen Gästen unten. Die ganze Nacht hatten wir dann auch Angst.

Das Hotel ist wunderbar und vermutlich war es eine ungünstige Ausnahme, aber trotzdem hat sich diese sehr eingebrannt.

Very enjoyable stay with friendly staff in nice clean new rooms!
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Very clean with reliable housekeeping. Nice restaurant, adjoining the pool and terrace area so you can sit outside to enjoy your meal/drink. Nice new rooms after recent refurbishment!

Cons:

The lifts were a little overloaded at times, which meant prolonged waiting at times.
The outdoor terrace gets busy quite early at meal times, as these are the preferred tables.
