The fan in the room was very loud but other than that the room was excellent and the shuttle driver prompt and friendly. Our only complaint was that we were charged more than the total booking.com rate

Lovely front desk staff, easy check in, clean hotel and great sleep! Excellent value.
Pros:

Sadly, we missed breakfast as we had to travel very early in the morning.

Cons:

The only downside: we returned from our trip and waited for the shuttle. We called and was told it would be there in 20-25 mins depending on traffic. The shuttle arrived and other flyers descended and crowded the shuttle so we missed it. After, 25 mins another shuttle arrived and same thing. We lost about an hour at the airport and had to take a taxi and spend $30 to get to the hotel. Suggestion: Please send 2 shuttles to accommodate guests. The shuttle driver we had on the way to the airport was amazing!
