Pros:

Beliggenheten er hotellets eneste styrke. Nærheten til restauranter og kjøpesentre er praktisk, men jeg var ellers skuffet over oppholdet.

Cons:

Det jeg likte minst var kundeservicen og standarden på rommene. Allerede ved ankomst opplevde vi resepsjonisten som lite imøtekommende og uinteressert i å hjelpe oss. Da vi senere sjekket inn, hadde rommene en ubehagelig lukt og fremstod som lite rene.

Vi opplevde også problemer da vi ønsket å kansellere reservasjonen. Til tross for at Booking.com oppga at bestillingen kunne avbestilles når som helst, hevdet hotellet først at dette ikke var mulig. Saken ble først løst etter flere diskusjoner og kontakt med ledelsen. Hele prosessen virket unødvendig komplisert og lite profesjonell.

Pros:

The staff upgraded me because my bathroom was full of water.

Cons:

Not soundproof at all, people screaming in the corridor at night. Rooms very tiny. Not like on the pictures. TV remote didn t work. Bad feeling being there overall.

Nazim accommodated us properly. I just wish that the property is cleaner, and that the photos provided online were more accurate, and updated. Tho the location can be very busy, it's very accessible to places to visit in the area.

Cons:

The property weren't that clean, I hope the toilets were more updated too. Rooms can be more generous in space.
