The room was too small and the toilet was too tiny. I showered almost standing on top of the toilet (imagine that). It was impossible to move comfortably. To add to that, the room was not 100% clean, dusty and I can see hair strands of the previous guests. I requested for a room change or upgrade but it wasn’t possible. To sum it up, the room was overpriced! It was too late for me to get another accommodation as I cannot get a refund.

Friends, I absolutely do not recommend this place. No one cleaned the room for 5 days, there were ants everywhere, the shower didn't run properly, the pump was faulty, and it was constantly noisy. I think prostitutes were staying in the rooms next to mine. And when I wanted to heat water, the water heater cord didn't reach; I struggled a lot to avoid burning myself while trying to heat the water. I wanted you to know this before you leave.

the staff(male) been great.He directly upgraded me to another room.all in all a happy 4 days stay.
Pros:

location middle of bukit bintang.if you like to have it convinient for shopping and food...thats the right location

Cons:

photos online didnt have much to do with how its in reality.bhut according to the price i wasnt ecpecting much more.cant complain.

Sijainti oli hyvin keskeinen.

Cons:

Huone oli erittäin pieni, sänky oli pieni ja kova. Suihkun vedenpaine oli todella huono. Hotellissa haisi home. Huoneen ovi päästi läpi kaikki äänet ja huoneen oven lukosta pääsi läpi pankkikortilla kahdessa sekunnissa, huoneessa oli turvaton olo. Naapurihuoneessa oli päinvastainen ongelma, asukkaat eivät päässeet ulos huoneen ovesta.
Meidän piti yöpyä kaksi yötä, mutta unettoman yön jäljiltä lähdimme pois heti seuraavana aamuna. En suosittele tätä hotellia, se oli kaikin puolin pettymys.
