Disappointed by this place
Pros:

The staff upgraded me because my bathroom was full of water.

Cons:

Not soundproof at all, people screaming in the corridor at night. Rooms very tiny. Not like on the pictures. TV remote didn t work. Bad feeling being there overall.

Pros:

Nazim accommodated us properly. I just wish that the property is cleaner, and that the photos provided online were more accurate, and updated. Tho the location can be very busy, it's very accessible to places to visit in the area.

Cons:

The property weren't that clean, I hope the toilets were more updated too. Rooms can be more generous in space.

The room was too small and the toilet was too tiny. I showered almost standing on top of the toilet (imagine that). It was impossible to move comfortably. To add to that, the room was not 100% clean, dusty and I can see hair strands of the previous guests. I requested for a room change or upgrade but it wasn’t possible. To sum it up, the room was overpriced! It was too late for me to get another accommodation as I cannot get a refund.

Cons:

Friends, I absolutely do not recommend this place. No one cleaned the room for 5 days, there were ants everywhere, the shower didn't run properly, the pump was faulty, and it was constantly noisy. I think prostitutes were staying in the rooms next to mine. And when I wanted to heat water, the water heater cord didn't reach; I struggled a lot to avoid burning myself while trying to heat the water. I wanted you to know this before you leave.

the staff(male) been great.He directly upgraded me to another room.all in all a happy 4 days stay.
Pros:

location middle of bukit bintang.if you like to have it convinient for shopping and food...thats the right location

Cons:

photos online didnt have much to do with how its in reality.bhut according to the price i wasnt ecpecting much more.cant complain.
