Pros:

I loved the place, quiet and clean.. and sir, Juan is very kind , accommodating, and responsive. He really makes sure that everything is well upon your arrival. I highly recommend this place to stay if you're visiting Madrid..The location is great and the security measures are pleasant.

Nothing. I appreciated everything.. My stay was perfect.. Happy for the great service.

Agréable surprise
Pros:

Agréablement surprise par cet établissement. Pas de personnel sur place mais contact très réactif sur WhatsApp. Auto-checking en plein milieu de la nuit. Jolie chambre, bien aménagée, très propre. Literie et matelas confortables. Proche métro.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de télé, et une petite bouteille d'eau en arrivant serait la bienvenue.

Nos tuvimos que ir porque la habitación no estaba hecha
Cons:

La habitación estaba hecha un desastre, jamás me había pasado. Nos tuvimos que ir a otro hotel. Estoy esperando un reembolso por parte de Booking, y una compensación por las molestias. He estado en hoteles malos, pero creo que esta es la peor experiencia de mi vida.

La semana que viene me tengo q buscar otro hotel y no va a ser este
Pros:

El dueño me mando los códigos pronto y puede acceder antes de las 15:00h.La zona estaba cercana a donde tenía q trabajar.Estaba más o menos limpio.Hay mucho aparcamiento ,aunq si llegas tarde es difícil (media hora para poder aparcar uno de los días)

Cons:

Mi estancia fue de 4 noches ;el aire caliente no daba apenas calor,la ducha se atascaba y las sábanas tenían algo de pelos.La cocina no la utilice.
El primer día había 2 personas gritando mucho y tirándose cosas (me asusté mucho).
Lo q da mucha inseguridad es que la puerta de la calle siempre está abierta ,una de las noches alguien intentó meter el código en mi puerta e intentaba abrir el manillar
